Holiday rentals with a patio in Yakima Valley

We loved visiting Tamara’s property; the views were beautiful and inside was simple and comfy. We spent a lot of time outside walking and exploring local car activities. We were very grateful for the comfy home to stay and play at with our kids. We will definitely be back!

This was our second stay and it didn’t disappoint. Dee is an excellent hostess. The house is always clean and has great personal touches.

Stayed for 2 nights, very unique house. It’s old and a lot of stuff is original. Beautiful views out the back windows, a lot of natural light in the whole house. Host lives right next door. Loved the pool table and hot tub. Small ant problem in the basement but they are currently taking care of that. Very large and spacious house in a very quiet, nice neighborhood.

I recently stayed at this rental house and had a wonderful experience. The home was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and comfortable — exactly what I was hoping for. This house was perfect for my kids and me when a middle school competition brought us to Moses Lake. Newly remodeled on the inside, the place was great and well stocked with amenities—like the well equipped kitchen and full spice rack. Everything was clean, and the owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the tv. 100% would recommend.

Our stay at Berlyn's place was great. It was probably one of the best places I've ever stayed, and we've done a good bit of traveling over the years. The place was clean and organized. Good layout and is comfortable to stay in. Had all the cooking supplies we needed. We appreciate your letting us stay and hope to be back there in a few weeks when we have to be back in the area.

We are from California coming to Washington state for my husbands business trip and this was the perfect location with all the amenities we needed. It was our first time using AirBnb as well which was a good experience to find something on such short notice. David gave us clear instructions during Check in and was very responsive. We had a great stay while visiting family in Yakima. The space was very clean and neat and had all of the amenities we needed to make us feel at home. We traveled with two young children and Rachell had the baby crib and highchair set up and ready for us when we arrived, which made it easy to get our tired baby settled in quickly. Will plan to stay again when we return.

This was a lovely place to land. The bungalow is comfortable and clean. The space is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need. The location is ideal, the Gorge is less than an hour away and the area has lots of beautiful parks and outdoor activities.
