Wee Varrich

Wee Varrich nestles within a delightful landscape; a fusion of carefully sculptured plantings of trees, shrubs, hedges, lawns and vines, against the power of the Stanley State Forest. Situated on the edges of Stanley village, the entrance to Varrich is a winding path through tall eucalypts. The property is situated on 2.49 hectares on land that was mined during the Gold rush era of the 1850’s. Wee Varrich is a fully self-contained cottage adjacent to the main house and secluded by plantings.

The c1855 Country House is set on the private grounds of the old Newtown grocers, which has now been turned into a multifunctional venue by local design partners Megan & Ollie. The accomodation in the shopkeeper's residence has been lovingly restored complete with original heritage features. A cosy unit that has everything you need but it's the seclusion shared with an olive grove ,sheep and poultry that is what makes this place unique. A true nature experience . You could kick the footy from the front porch and land it in the creek it’s that close. On a clear night a gazillion stars will mesmerise you while the creek will sing you to sleep. It’s such a beautiful spot, we never want to leave.

Little Olive (1853) is a duplex small cottage that has been completely styled and renovated to create a unique, memorable stay for 2 guests. Within walking distance to Albury CBD and is surrounded by wonderful shops & cafes in the South Albury precinct. Mister Browns 2 bedroom cottage next door is also available, and is more suitable for families.

Karalilla, Historic Homestead

Karalilla is located in the scenic Indigo Shire, only 5 minutes to historic Yackandandah and 20 minutes from Beechworth.
