Cottage holiday rentals in Yachats

This was the perfect place for us to slow down a little and catch up. We had been driving up the coast for about a week and were ready to relax when we got to Florence. We were located just 6miles south of Florence, an easy drive to restaurants and sights. We enjoyed the Sea Lion Caves, Dune Buggy rides(go on the fast one!), shopping, and great restaurants. The Pono Hukilau and 1258 Restobar were actually two of our Top 5 favorites from the whole trip from San Francisco to Corvallis, OR. The house was very clean, well stocked with towels, water in fridge, coffee to get started with, shower soap, shampoo, and conditioner(great quality!). Plenty of notes and instructions to answer questions that might come up. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe to walk. We only enjoyed the hot tub one night, it was very clean. Only walked out to the dock, didn’t go out on the water. Mainly because of our schedule and it was a little cool for us Floridians. Overall great place to stay & nice area.

Very cute place! Was perfect for a girls trip away. The bed was comfortable and the views from the back deck made it all the better!

Absolutely love this place! Depot Bay, Lincoln City close by. it was a quiet neighborhood and very relaxing! Jim and Rachel responded quickly to any questions I had. Can't recommend it enough! Would definately book again!

We always enjoy our stay here. It’s been a few years since we were able to visit - word got out and I’m terrible at planning ahead lol. Hot tub is awesome. Nice fenced yard for the doggo. Games and movies. Well stocked kitchen. Short walk to Siletz Bay and Pelican Brewing. Love that it’s at the south end of Lincoln City and not directly in all the hubbub but only a short drive to activities. Definitely will return.

We loved our stay, clean beach and place, which had amazing views. I would highly recommend it, and given the opportunity, I would book again.

Perfect spot for my husband and I. Very cute home. Loved that it’s on a private street, so you feel like you’re on a little hidden getaway at the top of the hill but still close to all fun things in Newport! You can walk to coffee and a mini mart right down the road! Hope to book again!

Heather was an excellent host! She responded quickly to any questions we had and was very accommodating. She was able to get us an early check-in on a very last minute trip we planned and we couldn’t have been happier with the location, space for our teens and yard for our dogs! The house is equipped with everything you need and is within walking distance to the beach. There is an awesome little coffee shop a block away for breakfast with a cozy hang out and our favorite pelican brewery is just a short drive down the street! Pet friendly was a huge plus for us since this is always the hardest when traveling and we love homes that are clean and accommodating! Thank you Heather so much for sharing your awesome home!

Our stay at Breakers End was wonderful from start to finish! The location couldn’t be better, and every detail was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed. The description was spot on, and Hillary went above and beyond with her communication. She even helped return an item we accidentally left behind. My kids want to go back so they can play in the big private yard and the lofted alcove again! I can’t recommend this place, and its fantastic host, highly enough.

Wonderful little place, but plenty of room for 4 and a dog. We even got visited by a family of deer (two fawns). I didn’t see the book of instructions for what we needed to do before we check out, so we ended up leaving a few pans that were to hot to clean (bacon grease).

The house was beautiful and clean. It was close to beach access and local restaurants and attractions. Lisa was quick to respond to any messages. I would definitely stay here again

Loved the view and vibe of the cottage. We only had a short time in Newport but loved the time we had there. Enjoying the deck, watching the sunset wiuld be hard to beat. So beautiful!

happy to return to Annie’s second cottage after staying in her other one years ago, it was quiet, private, & had everything we needed for a couple great days a the coast!

Very cute and cozy! Arcade game was a throwback. Very neat and organized! Very short walk to the beach! Will choose this place again when planning a trip to the area!

We had a lovely stay right on the beach! The sounds of the waves and watching them was perfect for some salt water therapy! Had sand buckets for the beach and kites for kite flying. So close to many things yet far enough away to enjoy the space. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We were visiting friends in Depoe Bay. So easy to get around all the nearby coastside towns from Gleneden; walkable, fantastic coffee/cafe and other restaurants; and the perfect cozy home base. We went to Red Roof every morning and loved everything we ordered. Would definitely stay here again any time. Great easy to reach beach. So many extras and thoughtful touches throughout the home (for example, phone charging cords ready and plugged in by couch and bed. Loved the easy parking too. Thank you for a wonderful stay and all your helpful recommendations in Lincoln Beach and greater Oregon, Scott!

The cottage at Oregon house was perfect! The views were amazing! I loved the easy beach access and the cottage was clean and comfortable.

The beach house was perfectly located on Newport Beach and had everything our travel group could have wished for. Clean, well-equipped with a great little garden where you can light an evening fire! April was easy to reach and communication was quick and easy. We would definitely come back!

Such a beautiful view! Loved the quiet neighborhood and empty beach. So rare in the summer on the Oregon Coast. Spent a lot of time on the deck wave watching and enjoying the sunshine. We loved it so much that we booked a return trip before we had checked out.

This house was very cute and clean. The beds were comfy and the room set up was perfect for our group. The location was 2ish block from beach access with stairs and a (steep) ramp. A great place to stay!

Justin was good at communicating with us and we really enjoyed our stay. It was easy to walk into town and the house was clean and comfortable.

This cozy cottage is a great place to visit the Oregon coast! We felt right at home and love the layout of the place. Very walkable to the beach, highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Lincoln City!
