Holiday houses in Y Ty

We loved our stay in this beautiful chalet overlooking the mountains. The views were incredible and the garden around the house was lovely! One thing to note for anyone considering staying here is that it is a 30-45 min drive from town - the roads are very rough from the recent typhoon. Other than that, this place was perfect :) Thankyou again for all your help Huyen with finding taxis for our group of six and to Sung for his help with our suitcases.

This place is like a cabin hotel lodging. You walk 2-3 minutes down the hill to the check in office. There is a huge garden below the check in office, cabins scattered around the garden next to each other. It’s quite beautiful. The cabin is actually quite spacious and comes with everything you need (besides a kitchen). Giang is an amazing host. She was responsive to us 24/7, prepared breakfast and dinner for us, helped arrange our transportation, did our laundry, basically anything we needed Giang could do. She is a great host. We had a great time, given that the only things out of her control (aka other guests) were the only thing we were not a fan of.

Yên a été d’une extrême gentillesse durant tout notre séjour, attentionné et répondant toujours à nos questions très rapidement. Le logement est conforme aux photos et l’emplacement est plutôt bon, à proximité de la ville malgré une montée dans les hauteurs de Sa Pa assez costaude. Le petit bémol de ce logement serait le manque de rideaux et d’autant plus occultants, les réveils étaient très matinaux à cause de la lumière.

very center of SAPA. 어지간한 곳 다 도보 이동 가능한 위치며 동시에 넓은 실내 독채. 5명이 쾌적하게 이용. 호텔과 함께 운영되어 체크인 컨시어지 조식 서비스 편하게 이용. 다시 가도 이곳에 머물고 싶어요. 모든 식구들 만장일치 의견임.

Rosie house se encuentra a las afueras de Sa Pa y esta en medio se la naturaleza pornlo que tiene unas vistas espectaculares a los arrozales desde las habitaciones y desde la zona común. Necesitas una moto para moverte ya que esta un poco alejado y a nosotros nos costo 170k el dia. La pudimos reservar desde el alojamiento asi que eso nos facilito mucho las cosas. El host es super atento y siempre esta ahi para darte recomendaciones, reservarte los taxis o lo que necesites. Las habitaciones son monisimas y cada bungalow es separado con su baño por lo que da intimidad. Obviamente hay bichos porque estas en la naturaleza pero las mosquiteras de la cama vam genial. Lo unico la ubicación fue un poco dificil de encontrar. En general todo fue genial, 100% recomendado.

Beautiful place, and if really are interested in knowing different cultures and people this place is a must. zizi also made fantastic dinner! want to come back for longer.

Jenny was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to help us with our itinerary. The entire team, especially Tien, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The house itself was beautiful and in a perfect location, within walking distance to Sapa Station. Highly recommend!

Nhinh and her husband were excellent hosts. The place was very clean and well maintained. They helped us with guidance to all local attractions and also helped us to get motorbikes on rent.
