Monthly Rentals in Xemxija Hill

Everything was great, except there was a strong smell of sewage coming from the drain in the second bathroom. We rinsed it multiple times with water as suggested but it did not make a difference. We kept the door closed and only used one bathroom and it was okay but it would've been better to have two bathrooms available. Otherwise it was a lovely apartment in a great location.

Communication went well with both Jason and Michelle. Upon arrival and departure, came by in person and pleasant contact. The apartment is very spacious and we had everything we needed, the terrace with morning/afternoon sun is blissful. We had a rental car and could easily store it nearby. The location was quiet and at the same time you can visit the rest of Malta and drive to the ferry to make a trip to Gozo. We definitely recommend it!

We stayed in this apartment for three months, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is perfect—close to everything you need and in a safe, convenient area. The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, which made it feel like a home right from the start. Throughout my stay, I didn’t experience a single issue; everything worked flawlessly. Sonette was incredibly kind and helpful. She was always available and responsive to any questions, which made communication easy and reassuring. I would happily come back and stay here again and can highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay in Malta. We loved it!

Wonderful stay in Saint Paul’s Bay. The appartement was really as per our expectations, in quiet environnement, and easy to walk to city center. We could also Park our rental car downstairs and visit Malte from there. Thanks to Daniela and Rodrigue for sharing their Lovely place, super clean, bright and confortable, with very nice view. We can only recommend.
