Great apartment, brand new, spotless and with beautiful aesthetics. It really stands out from the rest. The location is also great, in the heart of Xanthi! I recommend it!

Access to the city center on foot. Renovated cozy apartment fully equipped. I found exactly what I was asking for in cost and quality. I just need new mattresses on the beds.

If you want a view and a balcony, Xanthi is the only place to stay. A house that can get plenty of daylight (There are blackout blinds). Spacious and comfortable. I would say the largest terrace I've ever seen. It will be perfect to eat here on spring evenings. The host Marina is incredibly friendly. Helpful and understanding. Damascus broke it and he didn't accept his money (Sorry again), there were no additional bookings for the following day; he offered a late check out. There is a 24/7 grocery store just below, cafes, parks and restaurants selling fresh coffee. There are tons of places to park on the street. I've already added it to favorites.

The home was very beautiful and clean and the owner very friendly and communicative I will definitely prefer it again!!

Great place for a 2 or 3 person stay. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a couple or a family. The distance from the main square is about 10 minutes walk, while within walking distance there is a mini market. Also, under the apartment there is private parking, something very important especially for a family with a small child. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and communicative. We'll go for it again on our next visit to Xanthi.

Sofia was extremely kind and responsive. Everything was wonderful. the apartment is within walking distance of the center. I definitely recommend this wonderful place. The terrace is an extraordinary treasure.

The house was a beautiful, cute house that would warm you up, there was a nice layout and decoration when I entered, the rooms were clean and nice, there was everything you would look for in a house, there were glasses, plates, forks, filter coffee maker, vintage, Turkish coffee glasses, and a very nice presentation, there were flowers on the kitchen table specially prepared for us, there were flowers on the kitchen table specially prepared for us, especially the subjects I paid very attention to cleanliness, the toilets were very clean, I was very satisfied, I recommend

Thanks so much to Giannis, for a perfect checkin after over 2 hours queue at Ipsala border crossing, so very much to see me arrive and meet me at the gate. Your place is lovely, with all you need, plus all for cooking and a late night supermarket accross the road. A perfect nights stay from a long day's travel, so much good rest, eating and then Christiana was great helping me depart too. very best wishes to you and your family, all very much appreciated Steve

Filippos' apartment is very well located: near shops (a very good cafe right across the street:) and close to the old town. The terrace is spacious and very pleasant with a nice view and everything was very clean. Communication with Filippos is very easy and pleasant.

It was spotless and hygienic. He greeted us with coffee. Very friendly and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.
