This house was originally a chicken coop! It was built in 1925 but was converted into a gorgeous, cozy guest house. We live in the larger house built on the front of the same lot. This single story house is ideal for comfort and security, with a large yard and plenty of privacy. It's also less than a block from the Silver Line bus route that whisks you to downtown GR. You’ll love its comfort and convenience. We cater to couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

The condo was very nice. Decorated with “up to date” color scheme. Beds were very comfortable. Dining area inviting. Living / relaxing area comfortable, possibly could replace one of the standard straight chairs with a recliner for more option to relax. The selection of coffee pods for the Kurig was wonderful, might consider adding a non flavored coffee pod as well as a decaffeinated pod to the selection. We were surprised no toaster available but compromised by making toast using the broiler. Over all, our experience was very, very nice.

My boyfriend and I stayed over the weekend because we were going to see a show at the arena. My boyfriend is a very anxious traveler and had never stayed at an Airbnb. He felt completely at home and gave rave reviews. Itwonderfully peaceful. We absolutely adored this home. It was immaculate and just as described. The mcm decor is a perfect touch. The back porch was the highlight for me. I could sit out there for hours, listening and watching the birds. We loved the photos on the remodel progression. It's incredibly close to shopping and restaurants, but so quiet and peaceful. We definitely would stay here again and will highly recommend for those visiting the area.
