You are looking for a two-room apartment in a quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the highway feeder (2 min) and B14 (3 min). Then you have come to the right place. The apartment is in a central location: 3-minute walk to the bus stop, 15-minute walk to the train station and 10-minute walk to the city center, supermarket in the immediate vicinity. (Biomarkt 5-minute walk, Aldi 10-minute walk) In total, the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (sofa bed and bed)

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The Brennerei apartment is one of three apartments on the Obertor holiday farm. The 66 m² apartment is friendly, bright and equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, separate toilet. Our apartment Liesel's Liesewiese has two cozy furnished bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed made of solid wood and the second bedroom is equipped with two cozy single beds. In the living area there is a large sofa bed, so that up to 6 people can be accommodated in the apartment. The living and dining area invites you to relax with its high-quality lark floor and a cozy sitting area. The modern kitchen offers all the utensils for cooking.

This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
