You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Die 66m²-Wohnung ist freundlich, hell und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet: WLAN, TV-Flachbildschirm, komplett ausgestattete Küche, begehbare Dusche , separates WC. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung sind inklusive. Die Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei und somit auch für Gäste mit körperlichen Einschränkungen bestens geeignet. The apartment is located in a central location: 3 min walk to the bus stop, 15 min walk to the train station and 10 min walk to downtown, supermarket in the immediate vicinity. (organic market 5 min walk, Aldi 10 min walk) In total, the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people ( sofa bed and bed)

The apartment is located directly on the edge of the old town and thus everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical hall). The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

Oldest house in Marbach - Maisonette apartment

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
