The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and the 6000 square meter property borders with 3 sides on a fairytale forest, centrally located in Carinthia and only about 3 kilometers from Velden am Wörthersee. In the house there are 2 residential units, each with a parking space. TOP:2 is a small completely independent apartment built via an external staircase. This includes a beautiful, spacious bedroom, a small kitchen and bathroom that is used on your own.

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

Parkplatz ist kostenlos verfügbar direkt vor dem Haus.

The Slow Trails are family hiking trails through which you can experience the types of the Carinthian lakes. There are also countless further excursion destinations for young and old, summer and winter sports enthusiasts…….. The Sportberg Gerlitzen Alpe is only a 14-minute drive from the property.

Cozy apartment, close to the lake and the center

I rent my apartment on the second floor of our house near the center of Velden (5 min. walk to the lake and into the village). You will have the whole floor to yourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with cooking basics such as organic coffee, tea, pasta, sauce, oil, and spices.
