Monthly Rentals in Wulguru

This is a neat and comfortable home away from home in a quiet Wulguru backstreet. It is part of an older style duplex but the inside is modern and clean, with fabulous security including sensor lights. Parking is undercover and at the front door. The kitchen was great and fully equipped and stocked with all the little bits you will need. In fact, it is been the best I’ve experienced in this regard! There was even a packet of Tim Tams in the fridge 😊 The beds were comfortable with blockout curtains and lots of windows for natural light. The bathroom was compact but modern and clean. Air conditioning worked well. The laundry was in a separate area at the back with access to a huge yard, clothes line and outdoor seating area with shade sail. The couch is ok, and could have allowed for more seating and been a little more supportive (but still comfortable enough.) The location is a little removed from the city, but its close proximity to the ring road made for easy access by car.

From booking to check out Melissa was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean, fresh and felt like home. The amenities provided were great. It was so good to be able to have our pet travel with us and it was so nice to find a welcoming place for him also. We had vehicle problems the day prior to leaving, I couldn’t find a mechanic who was available at short notice. Melissa provided a mechanic recommendation which helped get us on our way on time but was also helpful if we needed to extend our stay. I highly recommend staying here with (or without) your fur baby. It’s well worth it.

We are staying here for the 3rd time. The best place we have ever stayed. Bruce & Tricia are such a lovely caring host providing everything you needed for a stay. I would strongly recommend this & will definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous stay Katie was very responsive and extremely helpful. property was close to the hospital and other shops and restaurants. If your into games try the Logos game Second Edition played with the family was alot of fun and laughter.
