Barn Conversion with Hot Tub, Ruthin

GavinRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay celebrating my birthday and catching up with friends. The location was awesome, very tranquil and peaceful, the house itself had ample room for the four of us and everything catered for. We spent Saturday walking in the nearby Clwydian Range (Moel y Gamelin circular route), and what better way to ease achy legs, was the hot tub and a few relaxing beers. If you're looking for a very relaxing getaway, this is a place for you. we would definitely visit again. Diolch Iola

Cosy house with hot tub and stunning valley views

KatieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We have just returned from a week at The Piggery and can honestly say it was the best UK holiday we have ever had. The Piggery has everything you need and we felt at home straight away. The location is wonderful. If you like hiking, you will love this place. We walked for miles and miles and still found different routes each day. The mountain you see in the distance is walkable but a hard climb. The views are worth it though! I would recommend downloading Kamoot and creating routes to explore. You won’t get lost and everywhere is dog friendly. The Chainbridge hotel was a perfect spot to grab a beer and a pinot blush after a long relaxing walk and then it’s a 2 min stroll to your waiting hot tub! Honestly can’t rave about this place enough. We will definitely be back.

Rural Retreat in beautiful Ruthin

SazRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Had a wonderful 2 nights staying in the cottage on a working farm. It felt really peaceful but was also only a 5-10 min drive to Ruthin. We stayed here so we could go walking in the Clwydian Range, this was around a 15-20 min drive depending on which car park we wanted to start the walk from, but it was all perfect for us. We even found a short local walk from the cottage itself along a public footpath. The cottage was very well equipped, we used the kitchen each evening, and it was a lovely cozy space. The cottage was immaculate and we really enjoyed the hot tub, and watching the horses nearby. Richard and Ceri were lovely and welcoming hosts and we'd highly recommend the rural retreat.

The collecting yard barns

PeteRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A lovely time spent at The Collection Yard Barn. The property is clean, tidy and full of everything you need. The hot tub is the biggest hot tub I’ve seen and had enough room for all of our guests! The kitchen has everything you need. Large Smart TV in the living room able to connect to apps such as Spotify. 3 decent bathrooms with powerful showers. The whole barn looks better than in the pictures to be honest. Great location in. We also took a walk along the canal. Decent pub down the road with lovely food. Keith was there on hand to meet and greet us and responded to any messages. Would recommend.

Mellow Mountain Eco Retreat Wales Hot-Tub Sauna

Evie Rating, 5 stars3 months ago
Place is amazing!! Location is idyllic and dreamy with the snow, the locals are lovely. The bedrooms, kitchen and communal areas were clean. The description of the rooms was confusing and there was 12 of us! Tipi was not useable and the fireplace wasn’t either because it was wet inside. Could of done with more tea towels and something to light the fires in the place so make sure your bring a lighter! Hot tub unfortunately didn’t heat up after burning wood all day. A better place to keep the wood as a lot got wet which caused a lot of smoke from the fire. Possibly a wood burner for the lounge. Would stay again 100% x

Countryside Coach House near Chester

KathrynRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We booked The Coach House, Oak Mead for a place to stay and get ready at before my wedding in Chester. Menna was really welcoming allowing me to invite my make up artists, photographer and bridesmaids along. The property is beautiful and serene. A great place to wake up for your wedding 😍 Everyone that visited the property said how beautiful it is, and that they’d love to stay too! I’d absolutely recommend anyone to book here. Thanks again Menna and Tom! ☺️☺️ Kath and Simon xx

Beautiful Countryside Lodge in North Wales

SarahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Just returned home from 4 nights stay at Ty Bedwen and couldn’t have asked for better. The lodge is surrounded by beautiful views and the hosts are kind, welcoming and informative. In the first night, Gareth invited our two children to help bottle feed his lambs which was unexpected but fantastic. He recommended the local farm shop which is amazing, the local milk store and pubs to try in the area. We ate at the Sun Inn and the Raven, both were lovely. We had drinks in the rose and crown which is about 0.5 mile walk from the lodge. The pub is very reasonable and the staff are really friendly. We had trips to Loggerheads park and climbed Moel Famau. We also did a day in Betws y coed which is about 50 mins away. Bala is worth a visit purely for the views in the drive down. Stunning! We would return to the lodge in a heartbeat. Thank you for being such fab hosts!

Luxury Renovated Barn Conversion

PippaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
A serene, tranquil setting on a quiet country road. Beautifully appointed home; the photos don’t do it justice. So many things to do nearby and plenty of local pubs in the area. The beds and bedding are top quality and the kitchen has everything you need if you choose to stay in and cook. Highly recommend.

Riverwalk Cottage In The Heart Of Llangollen

CarolynRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We have just returned from a lovely stay at Caroline's cottage. The cottage itself is lovely and cosy and the location is excellent - just a short stroll into Llangollen with restaurants and shops on the door step. Caroline was also really helpful in organising a morning at a nearby spa which was well worth the visit! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Courtyard Cottage at Underhill House

IsabellaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We loved our stay at Courtyard cottage. We arrived late at night so the hosts kindly left some lights on for us - the cottage felt very homely and welcoming. It is furnished beautifully with a modern farmhouse style kitchen, comfy beds and it was very handy to have 2 bathrooms. We particularly appreciated the radio and champagne glasses provided :) plus it was a treat to have fresh flowers, milk and eggs for breakfast. We would not hesitate to book again next time we are in the area.

Chapel View

BenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Absolutely loved the property. Little Easter treats and basics (coffee/tea/milk/sugar) were a lovely touch. We were able to get in a little bit early as it was so well organised/communicated which was great. Cottage is done out perfectly - high spec, well finished and everything needed in there for you - we are family of 4 and while small, we were so comfy in there! My teenager had the double bed bottom bunk and youngest had the top. About 1 min walk to the nearest pub (which is a nice old style local) and about 2 minutes walk from Co-op for supplies...no need for the car once you are parked up! Llangollen town centre is about 6-7 mins walk and you could get to Aldi in 5 mins more (for big shop!). We only drove for activities - walked Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall/up Cadair Berwyn and also white water rafting. All the pubs/cafes/restaurants/takeaways are a stones throw away. Can't recommend cottage enough and will stay again if we are back! Thanks Jo!..Ben, Charlie, Ava & Oliver

North Wales 2 bedroom barn, stunning balcony views

Chun YueRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Jason’s house is located just above the town of Corwen. The view from the house is just gorgeous! The master bed room is very spacious and cosy, making us feel like home. We also enjoyed playing snooker every day while watching the World Championship. The pool table was of good quality too. A very good place to stay for an escape to a peaceful hill town.
