I had an absolutely wonderful three weeks in the Summer House. The living area was cosy with a great view, the kitchen had everything you could need and Sandra was always happy to help with anything, including recommending the most stunning walks for me to go on! To top it off, Tommy the cat is so cuddly too. Definitely thinking of coming back again soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay xx

Really enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights. Margaret was helpful with local information before we checked in and had a clear check in process. She was flexible on our arrival time and showed us around the bungalow when we got there. There were plenty of amenities including milk bread and butter. There is also a lovely garden that felt private to us. The bungalow was perfect for bringing a 3 year old - safe, amenities, toys and separate bedroom. We would definitely stay again if visiting chester.

The location was great, loads of excellent walks around in the hills which was exactly what we wanted!

Great place to stay and everything provided that was needed for our visit. The information about the place is really well explained prior to our visit.The area is really quiet and only a short distance by car or walk to places to visit. Gabrielle and James were very welcoming on our arrival and we had a really nice chat on our departure. We will definitely be booking and visiting this great airbnb again in the near future.

A lovely Air B and B stay. The place was clean, tidy, comfortable and relaxing. We had messaged Felicity prior to see if a travel cot would fit in the bedroom and she said it would. It fitted well at the end of the beds. A very spacious accommodation. The chickens and orchard where a lovely touch to the accommodation. Great location for some key tourist sites like Blue Planet Aquarium, Cheshire Oaks and Delmere Forest. We would happily stay at this accomodation again when visiting the area.

We loved our stay. Carol was really friendly and helpful and had provided us with provisions for our arrival. The property totally matched its description.

We had a great stay at Catherine's place, lovely space and it had everything we needed, there was even a box of lego for our toddler to play with! Catherine was really quick to respond to any messages and really helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The Bothy was beautifully designed and decorated to the highest standard. The bedding and towels were of a superior quality. The shower room was immaculate and modern - as was the whole Bothy. Parking is off road. We loved the terrace which looked over the fields and allowed us to sit / read and just enjoy the peace and beauty of the location. The Host had provided a comprehensive guide to the Bothy and the surrounding area: detailed walks, locations of pubs and cafes etc. There was welcome pack and lots of treats on arrival. The family were very welcoming and made the stay memorable. I would highly recommend this accommodation; the host has thought through what is required for a superior and luxurious stay. Waking up to birdsong, breakfast on the terrace , coffee at a local farm , a trip to a local village, a long evening walk and maybe a drink at the local pub and then the luxury of the Bothy accommodation - just perfect.

Wonderful and peaceful place to stay. Beautifully decorated with a warm and cosy feel. Easy to find from the directions, with good communication from the host Welcome pack contained lots of information on local walk, places to eat out and history . I woukd definitely recommend staying

Exactly what Airbnb is all about. We stayed for four nights, and every time we came back from our Welsh adventures, we genuinely looked forward to returning. Whether it was relaxing in the garden, putting on the TV, or simply unwinding by the fire, it felt like the perfect place to slow down. Patrick and Alison were amazing hosts, so welcoming and thoughtful. It honestly felt more like visiting people you know than staying at an Airbnb. Breakfast was a real treat too, fresh eggs from their farm made our mornings feel extra special. The beds were super comfy, all the listed amenities were spot on, and there was a really helpful guidebook with local recommendations. And a special shoutout to Ted and Sam, their lovely dogs, who came to say hello on our last day. We’d 100% come back. Thanks again, Patrick and Alison!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at The Potting Shed. Maureen was friendly and welcoming on arrival. She explained how to use the hot tub, which had kindly already been set up for us. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The bed was super comfy, and there were plenty of towels. We really appreciated the extra touches, such as the welcome basket and the fridge supplies. The location was peaceful, quiet, and private, with beautiful views. Everything was just perfect, and we would definitely visit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cobb Cottage . It really is the most charming little place with everything you could ask for to ensure a comfortable stay . The cottage was absolutely spotless . We enjoyed the lovely little garden & will certainly return .

Great place for our overnight stay visiting family in the area. Instructions were clear and Amanda and Graham were very responsive and flexible with our plans. Thank you again and would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, Adrian was friendly and gave us some great recommendations. The place is an annex of his home but it felt quite private - a lock on the door to the accommodation would have been useful. Shame the deck was under construction so not quite like the photos but still useable and amazing, peaceful view out the back. Comfy bed, on street parking and all the amenities you need.

The feathered nest is a lovely small annex with all the home comforts the hosts Linsey and Tim also Sasha the dog were very welcoming and friendly thanks for letting us stay

Lovely stay at Adam’s home. Really clean and tidy and left lots of breakfast bits which was a lovely touch!

We had a wonderful stay and Joy and Richard were welcoming as was their welcome pack. The accommodation was everything we could want and more. We were warned not to rely on sat nav which did send us off the wrong exit. Had we got off on exit 27 and followed Joy's instructions it would have been easy. Listen to your hosts!!! The Mariannerie is every bit as beautiful as its name suggests – and I’m certain Marianne herself would be proud of what it has become. The many glowing reviews are absolutely well-deserved. From the moment I arrived, my host Imogen was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The setting is stunning – peaceful countryside surrounds you, offering a true escape from the rush of everyday life. Every detail in the property is carefully considered and full of charm. A real gem – I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

the annex is very modern, clean and perfect for a short stay. the bed is comfy, the shower is great! and the little patio out side the patio doors was perfect for a wind down after a busy day.. just lovely.. thank you Sarah! I hope to see you again.
