The Black Swan houseboat is truly a special place to stay. Leonora and Erwin have thought of every detail, and the space makes you feel instantly at home. If you are looking for a special place to relax with friends or family, you need to consider a stay at the Black Swan. We would certainly return without hesitation.

Ideal for a small family or a small group of friends who wants to see Amsterdam and most famous tourist attractions around it. Only 20-30 minutes to most places and everthing is easily accesible by car or public transport. Registration is easy and flexible - even if you arrive/leave late or very early. È stato meraviglioso soggiornare in questa casa, la posizione era perfetta per una vacanza tranquilla ma ben connesso con Amsterdam tramite i mezzi pubblici, la casa accogliente e pulita con un giardinetto carinissimo, e Marjolein sempre disponibile a darci consigli e a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande sulla zona. Tutto impeccabile niente da criticare. Super consigliato!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hier, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Das Hausboot liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend, ca. 40 Minuten mit dem Bus von der Innenstadt Amsterdams entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und in der Nähe ist auch ein kleiner Supermarkt bei dem man alles notwendige bekommt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, so dass wirklich alles da war was man braucht. Besonders die Fahrräder, die man kostenlos benutzen durfte und das kleine Boot waren wirklich toll.

D’ailleurs, merci à Marit de nous avoir donner toutes les informations avant le séjour ce qui nous a permis de programmer nos journées à l’avance ! 🥾 Gros coup de cœur !

Très bon séjour ! Le logement était conforme à l’annonce, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Il est facile de se rendre à Amsterdam depuis l’appartement. Maurice a été très réactif et attentionné tout au long du séjour. Je recommande cet Airbnb et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir si l’occasion se présente. Merci encore !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Ingrid. La maison est ravissante, confortable et très bien équipée. Après les journées intenses en ville, c’était un vrai plaisir de rentrer nous y reposer. Les paysages environnants et l’atmosphère sereine nous ont véritablement charmés. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les voyageurs en quête de tranquillité 😌

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in herausragender Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ideal für Ausflüge. Alles sehr gut zu erreichen und dabei sehr ruhig direkt am Wasser gelegen. Sehr leckeres Frühstück von Esther gegen Gebühr. Kommen gerne mal wieder. Danke an Esther & Marc als freundliche Gastgeber.

René went above and beyond for my friend and I’s stay this weekend. We unfortunately had a medical emergency and him and his daughter were right there to help us. He was patient, understanding, and incredibly kind throughout the process, giving us multiple rides to the hospital. We would highly recommend staying at René’s place - close proximity to a bus that takes you into Amsterdam North, cleanly, cozy, and most of all, owned by a host that is willing to go above and beyond for his guests!
