Benvenuti! "Lake View" is a beautiful and spacious modern one bedroom self-contained guesthouse that I have always dreamt of creating since I first found this wonderful location. My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

Breakwater Villa minutes walk to Beach and more

Enjoy a relaxing stay in Warrnambool’s prime location in this lovely 3 storey, 3 bedroom, 2 lounge rooms, 1.5 bathroom Breakwater villa ( keeping in mind there are stairs). A short walk to the beach, the Deep Blue Day Spas ( natural hot springs) and skatepark. Minutes away from the Lake Pertobe playground/ and bbq’s. Mini golf just a step away. There are some great restaurants not too far away. 20 minute walk to Flagstaff maritime village and another 5 minutes and you are in the city centre.

River Minka

Located 10 km from Warrnambool and the Great Ocean Road. Cottage is on a rural farm property in Wangoom. Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

With stunning views of Merri River Valley and Warrnambool City Views, you'll fall in love with the peace and serenity of our beautiful studio apartment. There is a great bbq/firepit area. We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Acacia Park Farm Guest House.

Acacia Park Guest House is a freshly renovated spacious two bedroom farm house set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Stroll around our large park like garden and enjoy watching the beautiful wild life that lives in it, enjoy watching rabbits and birds that call our garden home we also have the occasional Koala call in. We have horses and sheep which you can meet under supervision or just enjoy watching them graze.

Yawnoc Cottage - Country Stay Woolsthorpe

Country Cottage - Escape to the country and enjoy a peaceful, friendly farm stay with rural views. An easy 25 min drive to Warrnambool & Port Fairy, 15 min to historic Koroit located on the footsteps of Tower Hill. Heading north is Dunkeld a 45 min drive to the Southern end of the Grampians. A cosy one bedroom cottage with queen sized bed, (portacot available on request), fully self contained. Farm managers residents conveniently neighbouring to assist with your stay.

Duck-in

The space is a simple attic/loft, set in a large garden with great views of the wetland and the ocean. We are a few minutes walk from Killarney beach which is a very safe swimming spot and Port Fairy is 10 minutes down the road. There is heaps of birdlife and when you are in the loft it feels a bit like a tree house. It has a compact bathroom and basic kitchenette with sink, microwave, kettle and bar fridge but no stove. Access is via an external spiral staircase.

Modern self contained studio apartment in the heart of Warrnambool. Everything you need, self contained kitchen, bathroom, free WiFi and smart TV. Long term (discounted) stays welcomed on request. Studio is seperate from house in serene backyard. Quiet street, private independent access. Located 350m from Warrnambool CBD, 1km from the beach, Lake Pertobe and esplanade walking track. This accomodation is not suitable for pets.
