Holiday rentals with a patio in Woodstock

Very tranquil place, very clean shower, comfortable bed, great amenities, lots of magazines and easy to use television. Very short distance from Montpelier. Nice bird variety, lovely flowers, you can hear the river from the apartment. Bridge is cool, river bank is fun, chairs outside.

We had such a wonderful stay at Peter’s place this weekend! It was one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, cozy and super welcoming. We were so happy to be able to bring our pup along and the location was perfect. It was close to the lake and great local restaurants. The view from the deck was absolutely beautiful!

Andrew’s place was exactly as described. Just far enough out of of the middle of Middlebury to be completely peaceful, but a very quick drive to town. The space was clean, spacious and had a great kitchen. The view off of the back deck was fabulous. I’d definitely stay there again.

Brian has a beautiful space with lovely scenery right outside! The space was quiet and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for! And Brian was very friendly greeting us upon arrival!

Cheryl’s place is in a beautiful location with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. The apartment was brand new, spotless and very comfortable. She always responded immediately when I had any questions or needed something. If you’re traveling to the Upper Valley stay with Cheryl!

The room was absolutely lovely! The bed was so comfy and I loved the little touches of the plush robes and face masks. We felt very relaxed and fancy. Was bummed we couldn’t try the local cuisine because everything was closed on the holiday weekend but I guess that just means we have to come back. ;) It was a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at the apartment in Sunapee. We highly recommend! It had everything we needed and more. Very clean. Such a cozy, relaxing place to stay. Angela was very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

The log cabin is very comfortable with great flow. Loved the sunroom and upstairs den. Heated floors in bathrooms and sunroom were great touches. Not conventional decor: maximally furnished with an interesting blend of western, contemporary abstract art and figurative paintings and knick- knacks. We thought it fun and loved our stay.

Amazing location, very cute and cozy! Walking into town for coffee or to window shop was easy, and the house was warm and welcoming. The living room has more seating than shown in the photos, which is fantastic. Woodstock is also just such a fun spot. Though it didn't matter to us at all, it may matter to some that the door to the upstairs bathroom and at least one bedroom didn't fully latch nor lock. 10/10 would stay here again!

We love our stay! The location was perfect, and the house was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom look recently updated, and there is a beautiful stone patio by the river. We hope to be back!

One of the nicest houses that I’ve ever stayed at! Some friends and I had an incredible night sitting by the fire, and then a perfect morning making some breakfast in the incredible kitchen. Couldn’t recommend staying here enough!

We had a great stay! The house was well-appointed and comfortable. We especially loved the covered porch and beautiful view. It was a great home base for exploring the area, including several nearby hiking trails, Woodstock and Quechee (about a half hour away), and Brattleboro (less than an hour away). Ab was a fantastic host. He was proactive with communication and even checked in with us to make sure we had power after some strong thunderstorms that had moved through the area.

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. Beautifully clean, well stocked kitchen, spacious, perfect set up and the hot tub is a fab touch. Easy check in and super communicative hosts. Thank you Jen!

I can't say enough great things about Jeff and this beautiful rental. The house is gorgeous with every amenity we could have wished for. The property was breathtaking with manicured gardens, fire pit area and the roaring brook right outside the windows. The water was pretty high when we were there due to all the rain, but it made for the most peaceful background sound. Linens were high end, beds were comfortable, the house was spotless, Jeff was super responsive and accommodating to our large group. I could go on. Would love to rent again in the future! This was our first Airbnb trip as a family with 2 young kids, and was our best trip to date. We all appreciated having such a cozy space to come back to during our 3 night stay in Vermont. You can’t beat the location being across the street from Long Trail Brewery, right around the corner from a general store with basic groceries, and right in between Killington and Woodstock. Upon arrival (and each night of our stay), the property was well lit with string lights giving it a festive feel and making it easy to find when we first arrived at night. Alexandra’s instructions for how to access the property were easy to follow. The space had everything we needed to make us feel at home - a step stool for the kids to brush their teeth, a well stocked kitchen, and bathroom essentials that we had forgotten- even some welcome snacks and bottles of water. We appreciated the cozy bedding and blanket baskets as the rooms with window AC units were drafty at times. We would happily rebook again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was exactly as represented in the listing, and very close to the Killington lifts. The condo is pretty small, but that was okay since it was cozy and had what we needed.

Jared was very helpful and responsive, seemed like he was waiting for us to check in to make sure everything was ok. The place was very clean, spacious and got everything we needed. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure staying at Shirley's place for our last trip to Killington this season. The place was nice and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and the amenities in the building were great!

Looks exactly like the photos. It is close to the ski slopes, and spacious for a group of three.

Great place to stay if you are in Rutland. The balcony is a great place to relax and the place is amazingly clean and modern. Would definitely stay again
