This was our 2nd time staying at Staci’s place — it is one of our favorite rentals (and we travel a lot!)!! The location is perfect and Staci is super responsive. The home itself is cozy, clean and well-equipped with the essentials plus games. Our family of 4 enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as puzzling at the dining room table with the fire going :)

This is second year we've stayed at Tina & Robby's place and we love it! Cozy cabin vibes & close to Waterville Valley for skiing. Kitchen and baths are well stocked with the essentials and the wood fire place is always a hit! Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was the perfect size and had all of the comforts of home. Great views and amazing location. Tom was very responsive and helpful. He has a great list of restaurants and local activities. 10/10 recommend. Would stay again.

We spent a beautiful weekend enjoying the fall vibes and exploring all of the beautiful nature destinations in the Franconia area and Kancamagus highway. Honestly, the space was a lot bigger than expected and the residences were secluded enough for privacy. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything we needed was right around the corner, so location was perfect. My children enjoyed the space, however, they couldn’t wait to just be out and active. I would definitely love to come back any time of the year. Only downside experienced was hearing running up/down steps that sounded from the next door townhouse which stopped before midnight and that we couldn’t really watch any tv/videos since the tv systems were outdated. A minor detail, but everything else compensated for it all and we loved our stay and amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at Lori’s condo with our two young children and another couple with their kids. The space was perfectly set up for our group, with plenty of room to spare. The condo’s location was ideal—right on the ski shuttle and within walking distance to the town square. It was cozy, comfortable, and the perfect base camp for a winter weekend filled with great memories. We’re so glad we found this booking and would definitely stay again!

The original reservation at another unit canceled on us, unfortunately that seems to happen all too often. Fortunately Jo’s place was open and it was exactly what I was looking for. Booking it was headache free….something I really needed at the time. The interior is tastefully decorated! All the rooms are clean. Appears to have a brand new smart tv. I went to some of the other cabins that my family had rented. I’m not sure how but Jo’s place seems to be more open and has additional room. I don’t get it! lol! Anyway, if at all possible I’ll be looking to book Jo’s place in the future. You will not be disappointed.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Waterville. The condo is cozy and conveniently located in a quiet complex with easy access to the Rec. Center and the Town Square, where we enjoyed New Year's fireworks. Elizabeth sent us a lot of info ahead of time and was responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Elizabeth!

My wife, our two kids (3 y/o and 10 mon), and I, along with my brother, sister-in-law, and their 3 y/o loved staying at Jessica and Mark's condo. The check-in process was really easy and the unit felt like it had just been cleaned. The unit size is perfect for one large family or two smaller families like ours. The condo certainly could have accommodated another child or two if it was needed. We found the location relative to the mountain really convenient. Being past (east) of the Loon Mountain entrance allowed us to largely avoid the Kanc traffic that builds up in the morning and afternoon. We didn't have many questions for Jessica and Mark during our stay, but they responded really quickly to the few that did come up. We'd highly recommend Jessica and Mark's place!

We had a great time and the place was beautiful with a great view of Loon mountain.

We were 4 couples with 4 children ages 7m-3y, we loved our stay! We had plenty of space for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. The extra fridge in the garage was really helpful!

Michael was a terrific host throughout our stay. Extremely responsive and helpful with our questions and inquiries. His unit is a terrific condo that my family of five loved. Very comfortable and functional for a ski weekend with easy shuttle access directly across from condo. Doesn't get much easier. We'll be back again!

This Airbnb was exactly like the beautiful photos! My friends and I went up for a very calm bachelorette trip and we felt right at home the entire time. As soon as we got there, Jennifer was making sure we got in okay and was there the entire trip to make sure we got the best experience possible out of our trip! The views were phenomenal and the Airbnb was very clean and the check-in and checkout instructions were super easy to follow. The pools and hot tubs were perfect and so relaxing even on a busy weekend like memorial day weekend. We can’t thank you enough for having us and hopethat many guests get to experience this beautiful Airbnb!

Fantastic location with a clean, comfortable home for our group. We loved relaxing in the new reclining couches after our busy days. Cherus was a perfect host and communication was great. Highly recommend.

Our stay was very comfortable. Tyler and Lydia had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean, well kept next to a brook which made a soothing atmosphere when back door open. Lincoln is a small ski town which had many nice restaurants with different cuisines to choose from.

Tulio And Kaleigh’s place was a perfect home base for a trip back to NH to visit family in the area. Close enough drive to everything while far enough away to be super quiet. Beautiful forest setting. The townhome had everything we needed, and more. Loved the coffee maker and the beds were great!

Doug’s house was perfectly suited for our stay. It is equipped with handy items for young children and is comfortable for the adults too!

Maggie and Gary were amazing hosts. The stay was seamless and the house was so cozy, clean, and comfortable. They had great recommendations for the area and so thoughtful with their setup. I would definitely stay here again!

Place was perfect! Spacious, clean & incredible view/location. The shuttle to and from the mountain was so helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

The place was great for our party of 10. There was a minor issue that Misty was super responsive on and addressed to our satisfaction. The clubhouse was great. One minor concern is that the clubhouse is not fully accessible for those with mobility issues (one member of our party).

What a great spot! The host thought of everything; right down to snacks on the bar. I cannot tell you how impressed we were! I would highly recommend them to family and friends. We are looking forward to retuning.

Our family had a wonderful April stay! The view was lovely and we took full advantage of the hot tub after some great hiking not too far away. The proximity to North Conway was great for grabbing some food before retreating to the condo to rest up. My 9 year old loved the bunk beds and 12 year old enjoyed having her own private space on the bottom floor. We loved it would definitely recommend.
