Monthly Rentals in Woodfin

This was our first trip to Asheville and Katie and Matt's place was perfect for our family. Their home is comfortable, super clean, in a quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities you could need for traveling with young kids (we have a 2 and 4 year old). Our kids loved the bunk-beds, toys and books Katie and Matt have available. Their kitchen has all the necessities to make home-cooked meals and the house is not far from several grocery stores. Asheville isn't a huge town, so even though the house is in Woodfin (a little to the north of downtown), it never took more than a few minutes to get to the places we wanted to visit. The few neighbors we met were friendly and there are two great playground (Silver Line and Roy Pope Memorial Park) close by. We also discovered a fantastic brewery (Zillicoah) just 4 minutes down the road. Katie and Matt are attentive hosts and offered great recommendations for places to visit. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wow this place was amazing. Definitely going to be back! Honestly everything inside the house was SO WELL thought out. Instructions everywhere for everything. Mosquito netting - what a blessing in NC spring/summer. Claw foot tub?? Great way to start my day - a bubble bath surrounded by beautiful nature. "10 min to downtown" was SPOT ON. I visited a couple favourite spots and left my dog at the house uncrated without worrying about him getting too bored in the amount of time I'd be out (he is the bestest boy though, so ymmv) My dog loved the yard! He got a bit confused by the netting on the porch, and that was hilarious to watch. We were close enough to houses to feel like there would be help if anything happened, but the way it's situated, you feel like you're in your own private little world. It was stunning and felt very safe in this space 🖤

What a lovely place! Clean, peaceful, and comfortable. There were flowers on the table and cold waters in the fridge. The bed was super comfortable with good linens. It's a great quiet place for visiting Asheville and surroundings. We really enjoyed starting our day with a yoga class at the Community Yoga Center that is less than a mile away. Booking, checking/getting in was a breeze, and Phil always responded quickly to messages.

Jenn was attentive and accommodating. She was available for lots of in-the-moment questions and she orchestrated the sweetest welcome signs and treats for me and my kitty! She even allowed a later check out time. I really enjoyed her cozy cottage and would highly recommend!
