Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Woodbridge

We stayed here for a couple nights with our two kids and dog and it worked well. Plenty of space for us. They do mention that the ceiling is very low and there are quite a few steps which are both very true but it is manageable. There is free parking right on their street which was a huge draw but construction limited the spaces when we were there, but Brian & Jess were helpful and we found free parking on the next street with no issue. We used public transportation to get around and it was very convenient and easy, two different bus stops super close by and easy to get to the metro. Lastly, it was so hot and very humid when we were there, the apartment is in the basement and it was musty and damp in the morning. Brian & Jess were helpful when we brought up, and were told the mini split unit has a dehumidifier setting and it seemed to help some. Brian & Jess were responsive and nice, and we’d recommend staying here when visiting DC!

This place was perfect! The term cozy is an understatement. From the yard and throughout the home this place was so welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking needs. The bathroom was spotless and the heated floors were glorious. Best 3 nights sleep we have had on this road trip. my husband was ready to steal the mattress and linens. Our pups loved the large fenced in yard.

This was just the right location for our trip! Close but yet away. Was just what we were looking for!

Melinda’s place was the perfect jumping off point for our family while we spent a week visiting relatives in Fredericksburg. It was a great size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I’d highly recommend and we look forward to visiting again soon!

What a great air bnb! Kristine has a gem in old town Alexandria! It’s in a perfect location and while parking can be a little tricky, we lucked out the entire weekend and never had to pay for it. This place was great for our family, even with 2 young ones! My husband and I loved drinking wine on the rooftop patio once our kids were asleep. I would 100% re-rent this home if we are ever in Alexandria again.

Our stay was great. Chrissy and Lee were extremely accommodating and communicative. The home was as described, clean, and very welcoming. It was perfect and very comfortable for our family with small kids. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place for a family! With small kids a hotel is a no go for us so this was the perfect spot to make sure our kids were able to get a good nights sleep before a long drive!

If you read the reviews from others who stayed here...they were SPOT ON! Lynn's carriage house is like stepping into an immaculate barndominium. You feel like you are prepping for your fox hunt or what my wife and I did, enjoy a tea or glass of wine in the evenings watching the deer come through the fields or the horses in the far fields graze. PEACEFUL. The house has everything you need from coffee, tea, sweeteners, to spices and pots and pans. Come here to relax. Last, the pool on the listing is at the main house. Never did we feel like it wasn't our own private oasis. So cool to enjoy the pool surrounded by horse properties. Lynn is an excellent host. This is an incredible property.

Cute & spacious boho apartment. My family of 5 was very comfortable inside. Metro & restaurants were close by (5 min or less walk). Free parking pass was great. Currently there is a lot of construction happening in the parking garage and on the street but it wasn’t too loud and once you got used to the few streets that were closed it was easy to drive and walk around the neighborhood.

Martha's place is a lovely retreat. There is enough privacy between the main house and the guest house. The guest house is spacious and comfortable with a great screened in porch and access to the pool. It's in a quiet and peaceful area. I look forward to coming back again.

This place could not be more perfect for our trip to DC. It was the perfect distance to the metro. Our group of 8 had so much space of our own, yet plenty of room to be together in the common spaces and not be on top of each other! We went in the coldest month of the year, so unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the best of what the outdoor areas had to offer but the views were breathtaking regardless. Melanie’s place was extremely clean and everything was provided and then some! Everyone in our group would like to go back in warmer months to spend more time outside. Before we got there, Melanie explained that there was an issue with one of the sinks in the cabins and said she would credit us accordingly. I thought that was great! It did not hinder or create a problem whatsoever! I hope we get to make it back sometime!

Rick's place was perfect -- convenient, clean, cozy, and comfortable. We will rent it again!

What a lovely, cared-for home in a quiet neighborhood, within driving distance of anything we wanted. We had everything we needed, as well as responsive, helpful hosts. It was ideal for a toddler, parents, and grandparents. Thanks so much for being able to help us out when our other reservation fell through at the last minute- we ended up in a place that was perfect and so much better than our original plan would have been!

My family had a very pleasant stay. The house was clean, kid-friendly, and comfortable. My sons had a fantastic time on the half-pipe!

Elizabeth was accommodating when we asked if we could come a day earlier than planned. The home was nestled into the trees and there were deer in the yard when we got there. The apartment had everything we needed and more. She was thoughtful and stocked the fridge with water and the kitchen with popcorn and teas and coffee. The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed after a busy day in DC. Thank you Elizabeth, we’d love to stay again when we return.

This was my first Airbnb experience and it was exceptional! The host communicated very well and was very responsive. The condo was very clean and the location was great as it was super close to great restaurants and local shops. I would definitely rent again!

There are so many wonderful things about this place, but ill try to be brief. The house itself is gorgeous and felt like home. It was nestled on a hill and felt very secluded and peaceful, despite being in the middle of so much to do. The walkability was incredible! Every day I walked to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and shopping. I brought my dog and its a very dog friendly area!! Lots of hiking around, as well. The town of occoquan is filled with shops and historic attractions. The host was very friendly and responsive, too! I can't say enough good things about this stay - highly recommend!

Rockford had an amazing home, clean, cool, easy to find. He was quick to respond with an unreasonable amount of time, and it was just a great stay!
