We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Inverloch. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and cafes. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had a relaxing coastal vibe

The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

Overall a great stay! Location is great. Value for money, we had 6 adults and 2young children lots of space clean and well equipped. The only thing we felt was the beds are a bit soft but that a personal thing, and the kitchen could do with an update. We definitely recommend a stay here.

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

We had a lovely stay at Michelle and Paul’s! House was spotless clean and well equipped. House had lots of heating options which was great as it was a cold time of year. Great yard and love that there were lots of games / puzzles. Netflix / wifi was a bonus. House is also walking distance to shops and beach which was great. Would love to come again soon.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

This place is beautiful. Furnished with pieces from all over the world, plenty of greenery inside and out. Veronika is very pleasant and helpful. A great little getaway inside Victoria

Had a wonderful time property was very spacious lots of room For families with children or group of friends/couples. We really enjoyed our stay it’s a shame weather wasn’t better to enjoy the pool, but we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. Kristen was a great host always responded very quickly and very accommodating. The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

It's so refreshing to have a host value hospitality like this one. We werenpleasntly suprised by the complimentary chocolates, Turkish delight, wine, home made bread and jams, to the most lovely couple ever. this was an amazing stay. The description and photos undersell it if anything. My partner and I were own our anniversary and we couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended 10/10

We had a fantastic weekend at Bantry Bay. It was a challenge to decide between staying home and enjoying the pool and indoor/outdoor fireplaces, or heading out to take advantage of the local activities, including the Hot Springs and Enchanted Adventure park. Fortunately, we had enough time to enjoy both! The woolly weather didn't deter us from the stroll to Number 16 Beach which was gorgeous and, time permitting, would have made for a wonderful dune-top walk. Trudi was a great host - she provided us with great recommendations which made our itinerary planning easy, allowing us to make the most of the weekend break!

We enjoyed our stay at Cape Paterson and we were very happy with Tamara's AirBnB. Her home was comfortable, clean, well equipped and cosy. The surroundings was tranquil and close to the beach. It was perfect for us.

Awesome house in a great location. Trevor gave us loads of information. There was every equipment we could possibly need to cook dinner. So lovely to have bodyboards available for the beach, it really felt like we were welcomed into a home away from home. Trevor is very clear that there is an open staircase and our poor old doggy couldn't manage those polished boards so we carried him 😂 and felt lucky that we were able to have him in the house.

Great house, very well appointed with everything we could have needed. Beautiful garden, and fresh herbs were a bonus. Secure yard and welcoming touches for dogs like bowls and a dog bed. Host was helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

The Little House. We had a lovely stay. Tastefully decorated quaint little cottage in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Iwona is a lovely host and made me, us feel welcome from the time we booked. The cottage was clean, warm and comfortable. Felt very relaxed and just what we wanted in our stay there. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you Iwona and special thanks to her hubby for saving the day with a decaf coffee run. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stayed at Nell’s house for couple of nights with my 3 year old girl and we both felt right at home, such a cozy little space, got everything needed, even have fresh bread and fruits for us to enjoy, thank you Nell, we will surely return in future ;)

Clean, spacious, well stocked kitchen. We had a very comfortable stay. There are some great beaches nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at Brooke’s place. She was a wonderful host – communication was clear and effortless and everything ran smoothly. The location is ideal, with the Cape Paterson rock pools just a short drive away and a kids’ playground and spacious clean dog park within walking distance. The house itself was cosy and well equipped, with a central heater to keep us warm, a coffee machine (Brooke’s recommended setting was spot on), a smart TV and plenty of space for two kids, a pup and two adults. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having both a washing machine and dryer available. While the weather wasn’t ideal for using the outdoor bath and shower, the boys and our dog had a great time in the large backyard. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxed getaway with everything you need close by.

The cottage is a charming getaway, filled with homely touches, including a welcome hamper with essentials, a cozy indoor fireplace & an outdoor fire pit. The beds are comfortable and warm bedding provided. There is also a quaint outdoor bath overlooking paddocks in a private setting. Would definitely come back and stay again, thank you for providing a great place to stay.
