Indoor/outdoor living - large balcony - air-con/heating - 3 bedrooms + 2 new bathrooms - kitchen/dining/lounge and separate TV lounge. The owners use the rear granny flat on occasions, but the 2 houses are very separate. A wonderful escape, 75 minutes from Sydney CBD. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

Absolute waterfront on Lake Illawarra. Lakeview Cottage is a 3 bedroom self contained brick waterfront holiday cottage. Accommodates 7-9 (7 on beds + 2 extra on double sofa bed in lounge) Guests are welcome to bring their own kayak, canoe, or blow up boat for fun on the lake. Great surf and kid friendly beaches are located nearby. Short walk to local parks. Sheets, towels and pillowcases are NOT supplied. Book 1st room for a couple (complete private house) & $25 every guest after (eg. 5 additional guest max) 7th guest has access to fold up bed & linen.

The property has a long driveway for offstreet parking.
