Der Naturstoff Holz prägt nicht nur die Fassade, den Boden und die Decke – er erfüllt das ganze Haus mit seinem angenehmen Duft und schafft ein einzigartiges Wohngefühl. Das Haus wurde in Passivbauweise errichtet: Im Sommer halten die massiven Wände die Hitze draußen, im Winter bleibt es angenehm warm und behaglich. Tretet ein, atmet tief durch und genießt die Ruhe dieser besonderen Lage.

The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

Gemütlich ist es im MaiWa Haus im Sommer wie im Winter. Feuerschale/Kachelofen/Terrasse und Garten stehen zur freien Verfügung. EDEKA / Apotheke, Busstation 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Kino, Spielplätze, Eisdielen, Shoppingmöglichkeiten im Ort. Fragt uns gerne nach den zahlreichen Ausflugszielen an die Isar (ca. 10 Gehminuten), Starnberger See (ca. 15 Min mit dem Auto) oder Wandermöglichkeiten (in und um Wolfratshausen). Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. It is fully furnished and equipped. Whether for business (home office) or tourism, the location is suitable. The property has 2 sofa beds. It is only a 5-minute walk from public transport and 5 minutes from the main train station. There are supermarkets, restaurants, hospital ... nearby. Spend a relaxing evening on the beautiful balcony at the end of your day.
