Beautiful apartment, great location and wonderful hosts is how we would describe our stay at Polly and Charles's. The apartment is tastefully decorated, is kid-friendly, in a nice neighbourhood, and located at a perfect spot for commute (view of London eye!). Easy access to bus and tube. Easy check-in and check-out. Polly and Charles gave very clear and detailed instructions regarding checking-in. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's planning a trip to London.

Awesome place. Stayed there for a week with my family. Perfect location to anywhere in London. Walking distance to the train station. In the heart of Wembley Stadium so near the shops, restaurants and outlets. Nice building with many facilities. Modern yet super comfortable on the inside with a nice flow to it. Would highly recommend it and the host is very courteous and responsive.

The apartment is in a great location in the heart of Covent Garden, it felt really safe, and was perfect for nipping in and out to visit shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is clean, well equipped, and really well layed out with a little balcony overlooking the communal gardens, it was really quiet considering it's location. Our host, Sofia, was great at communicating, and made checking in and checking out very easy. We had a great stay as a group of 5 ladies visiting for a 40th birthday.

Homely, comfortable, clean and convenient! We loved our stay here- the flat is wonderful and impeccably clean, the bed was comfortable and the private patio/garden is a lovely addition, especially in the summer! The hosts were super kind, responsive and incredibly informative, both before and during our stay. The location is brilliant- it’s in a quieter street but within easy walking distance of all of Brixton’s hustle bustle- we stayed in early spring and there were beautiful blossom trees lining the streets:) Highly recommend this place- I’ve never felt as cared for and looked after as I did with Laércio’s hospitality 😊 thank you!

A beautiful little gem in the heart of Clapham. Felt like a home away from home. Peaceful and quiet yet minutes from the busy city. Friendly and helpful host. Beautiful balcony and great location. We will be back!

Apartamento espaçoso, limpo, seguro, ao lado da estação de metrô. Canas confortáveis, banheiro amplo e com uma ótima ducha. Cozinha funcional. Tudo funcionava impecavelmente. Se fôssemos novamente a Londres, ficaríamos hospedados no mesmo espaço. Recomendo!

Overall, I thought the experience was excellent. Free breakfast is absolute saver for me traveling with 3 teenagers. The room got cleaned every day during the week. Everything was clean. The whole design was well thought through and user friendly. Though far from central London, it is absolutely value for money if you don’t mind traveling with bus and tube. I would totally stay there again.

This flat was an excellent home base for our London trip. We appreciated being away from the hustle and bustle of the city while still having easy access to Central London once we figured out the transportation system. The flat itself was clean and cozy, with secure entry and a stunning view. We particularly enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine in the nook, admiring the view after a long day of sightseeing. Having a Sainsbury's right across the street was incredibly convenient; we visited almost daily for supplies. Communication with the owner was excellent and he was responsive to our needs and resolved any issues quickly. A few tips to enhance your stay: If you're American, make sure to research power adapters—we brought the wrong ones! Additionally, we found that using the Vauxhall underground was much more convenient for reaching Central London than the Nine Elms station. Bus routes 77 and 84 were also very easy to use and got us everywhere we needed to go.

Had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend! Location was amazing - walkable to all we wanted to see and within steps to great restaurants and bars. The interior was very comfortable regarding ability to control temperature, take a hot shower, and lounge for a bit plus our hosts were kind, inviting, and informative. Would love to stay again when back in London!

Mariusz was an exceptional host, very responsive and clear. Very accommodating to your needs. Views are amazing, great location to local transport. Has access to a gym. We even extended our stay a couple days and that was very easy. Place was clean and cosy.

Jamal’s apartment was pristine and a in a great location! It was our first time visiting London and we felt right at home, as the apartment is spacious, modern, and comfortable. Jamal was even kind enough to leave welcome snacks in the apartment which was much needed after a long day of travel. Situated on the River Thames you are gifted with an amazing view which is highly walkable to all restaurants and cafes. Jamal was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the trip and left tier 1 recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. 10/10 all around experience, will definitely book again next time we visit London — seriously do not look to book anywhere else.

Absolutely amazing! Paul had everything needed and more! Felt right at home, this property is super close to all shops and amenities. I would highly recommend and will be staying again! Also the garden area is such a bonus.

Great location - the apartment was in excellent condition, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Silvia who checked me in and showed me the facilities (spa facilities, lovely swimming pool, gym,...) was lovely. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Having stayed with StarHost before, I can confidently say their service remains outstanding. I'll definitely book this place again in the future when in London.

I had a great stay, it's a great place. exactly what you see in the pictures. great. very clean; perfect little touches that makes the stay perfect. It was so pristine. It made me want to clean the place head to toe most days lol I was alone for the most part and it was perfect for one. But great for a couple too. I'm recommending this place to everyone. They are great hosts, Anna and Nicky were lovely. Any issues at all were taken care of, they really are a good team. Great stay. Thank you Anna. 10/10!

It all starts with location with this rental. Both the Central (Queensway) and Circle (Bayswater) tube lines are within one block walk. The easy groceries and eateries on Queensway and around were so convenient. I recommend Gold Mine for Chinese, Pizza Pilgrims, and there is a Hot Pot restaurant we tried on the last evening that was yummy. All London locations are within a 30-45 tube ride and walk. We did a lot. The unit had private bedrooms for a 5 of us, and laundry you can do yourself, so next time I would definitely pack lighter. We were able to make breakfast at home, and get coffee at a number of locations within a 5 minute walk. Hyde Park is across the street, so made for great walking outings and seeing the beauty of the park. Although it was cold this time of year, the unit had great heating (we should have turned it down actually becuase we got too warm at night). I highly recommend this rental for anyone coming to London and want a convenient location with privacy

Excellent stay for a 40th birthday weekend. Place was exactly as per photos and Nigel was responsive, accommodating and at hand for any queries. Garden is absolutely breathtaking and along with the kitchen, is the standout of the house. Every room has a bathroom which was an unexpected bonus. Lived up to every expectation and more. Would highly recommend.

Chioma es amigable, proactiva, flexible con el checking, responde rápido los mensajes, buena empatía, excelente actitud, nos recibió con agua, pan, leche, mantequilla, etc para un desayuno. El departamento es grande, limpio, tiene todo lo necesario, el barrio es tranquilo, está muy cerca de la estación del metro y de Tesco si necesitas comprar cosas para cocinar. Tiene 2 baños bien equipados y me pareció excelente. Alojamiento recomendable, regresaría si tengo la oportunidad Muchas gracias Chioma !!

We loved our stay. Lynne was an amazing host providing frequent and clear communication prior to and during our stay. Easy check-in and the house itself was incredible, great for families. Very well furnished, spotlessly clean and comfortable. A rare property given that this is a mews house (rather than an apartment) with private parking for one vehicle, especially in such a great location. Regent's park, great coffee shops, restaurants, shops and a well-connected Underground station all within a few minutes' walk! Our thanks again to Lynne for a wonderful stay and also for allowing us to park up and drop our luggage off before the check-in time. Well worth the money and we'd definitely stay again.

Kasha’s place is beautiful, clean, organised, spacious and full of light and greenery. They have thought of everything in this house. Everything is bespoke and tasteful. It’s brilliant. The home cinema and popcorn machine was a great hit with my 3 year old. The garden didn’t get much use but I can imagine it being a little private oasis in the summer, the window bifolds out to a bench / summer bed! Everything is spotless and you have everything you need. Kasia is very responsive and helped answer lots of questions promptly. They have a manual for the house which is comprehensive! The location is great for Crystal Palace and West Norwood, and it’s so convenient you can park on the pavement right outside the gate. Thanks Kasia!

We stayed at Eden cottage just for one night with our 3 dogs. We have a blind dog so it can be tricky going to new places but Kevin and Debbie were so kind and caring to us and the dogs. The cottage is situated behind secure gates and within the large grounds of the owners home and guests have sole use of all the gardens and paddock area. This is a great place with very kind hosts and we hope to return again soon.
