Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV/cable connection and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine and toaster. It has a cozy dining area for 2 people. The spacious bathroom has a floor-level shower with underfloor heating.

Beautiful, newly renovated apartment in the countryside at the foot of the Hesselberg. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large living room with access to the terrace (south side), a bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 1.90 m) and wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m & 1.40 x 2.00 m) and wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with barrier-free shower. In front of the house is a small garden.
