With expansive windows take in stunning views of the creeks and valley from the cosy couch while being warmed by the fireplace. Soak away the hours in the deep bath or cook a hearty meal in the modern kitchen. With the sun shining enjoy a picnic under the giant Elm tree listening to nature’s soundtrack in the lush garden.

EVELYN'S VILLAGE A charming rustic peaceful escape to the country. She's a caravan, lovingly and carefully restored, one part of your private village housing all the luxuries you'll need for your perfect getaway. Evelyn is built from the ground up with 90% recycled, reused, scrounged and found materials, set in a secluded part of our property, next to majestic gum trees nestled amongst nature. A bird watchers paradise with 80 species spotted around the gardens, so bring your binoculars.

This beautifully renovated shack set on the sand in the Aldinga Scrub Conservation Park has been lovingly styled with luxury in mind – it’s the perfect couples retreat to feel inspired, cosy up and reconnect. Deep Creek Tiny House with Stunning Views

Welcome to a hidden gem discreetly and privately located on the edge of the wilderness of Deep Creek National Park. Enjoy the serenity and stunning views across the water to Kangaroo Island from your own scenic deck, whilst living large in a beautifully designed and built tiny house. Deep Creek Tiny House is located on the traditional land of the Kaurna/Ngarrindjeri people, adjacent to the stunning Deep Creek National Park, on the southern-most tip of the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Duckcottage: quaint stone cottage

Duckcottage is a five room stone settlers cottage built in 1853 on five acres of bushland at Second Valley. The property is now a refuge for wildlife so it is NOT suitable for dogs or cats. We call it 'duck' cottage because of the height of the doorways. It has been lovingly restored, and the habitat for birds and native animals has been established through revegetation. The property is secluded (there are no neighbours in sight) but it is a short drive to the beach.
