This was our second time at the River Shack and it didn’t disappoint. Theresa is very friendly and responsive! I will recommend her place to anyone staying in the area. The river views and the garage are perfect!

Very cozy place! Felt right at home with the string lights inside and outside with a fenced in yard. Had all necessary amenities and more. The cleanliness was something I noticed right when I walked in. Highly recommend to stay here!

This was the perfect place to relax, unplug, and unwind. Beautiful trails and beautiful cabin! Barb was very responsive and the house was well stocked and exactly as described! I cannot say enough great things about the stay. We will definitely be back!

Check in was easy and Signe was very communicative. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the big yard and learning about the history of the place. We had everything we needed including tips on exploring the area. We recommend Grandad Bluff and the Pizza Cruise. Great town if you appreciate dive bars and Mac n cheese.

This house was perfect and Hana was so kind and helpful. We were traveling with our 14 month old and everything we could have needed was provided. It was such a nice place to go to after long days. We'll plan to stay here again when we have Mayo appointments.

great little gem! adorable house that is surprisingly incredibly spacious. the kitchen is large and equipped with everything you need. tons of beds and each room is really comfortable. the property is so pretty and peaceful. we stayed up far too late around that fire pit too! we will absolutely be back. Rachel is a great host too. excellent communication and was willing to work with us. definitely recommend staying here!

This is a lovely place to stay if you're ever in Viroqua. On a quiet street but walkable to everything. One person (out of 6) felt stuffy inside--maybe since it's an older house, and was able to stay elsewhere after her first night. The rest of us, usually sensitive to those things, felt fine. Overall, we loved it!

This property is utterly blissful! The home is luxurious, comfortable, and fully stocked with thoughtful amenities. Every surface, inside and out, was sparkling clean and well cared for. The property is serenely beautiful, and the views will take your breath away. The pool was the finest of any Airbnb pool we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying: pristine, well heated, and meticulously cared for by a kind gentleman who went above and beyond to ensure perfection. The sunsets over the fire pit are priceless. Correspondence with the host was immediate, helpful, and friendly. We are verklempt! Thank you sincerely for sharing this treasure with us!

Great visit to a great little City. Pool was open and clean - which the kids loved. Felt nice and clean and newly remodeled.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the house! It’s centrally located, yet quiet at night, and the neighbors we ran into were very friendly. Our kids loved the heated pool (and the amazing pool toys!), and it was great being so close to the lake - each morning we walked the path/sidewalk to spot eagles and other wildlife. One night, we built a bonfire in the solo stove - super fun. Beau was also very communicative and responsive. Definitely a trip to remember!

Hosts were very responsive and very helpful with recommendations in the area. The house itself is tiny, as should be expected. It’s very cute and in a peaceful and scenic neighborhood. It was a lovely stay!

Great location, nice and clean

Perfect home for a larger family or group! We really enjoyed our time at Mindy’s home. There was plenty of space for everyone and the pool and hot tub were bonuses! We were in town for a wedding and Mindy was very flexible with check-in and very responsive and kind. Beautiful location with a ballpark right across the street. Highly recommended, Thank you!

What an experience! Such a beautiful stay for my family & I. John & his team were accommodating, professional, & friendly. Within distance to Mayo Clinic, the location served us very well. The unit itself was extremely spacious, clean, & well put together. The amenities were such a bonus for us in our free time as well. If I ever find myself back in Rochester, MN, I absolutely look forward to staying here again. Great place and beautiful view of the lake!

This was our second time staying here. Just like the first time, our stay was great! We wanted for nothing as the beds are comfortable and the house is very well stocked. It is kept clean and tidy. We visit this area every summer and I would definitely choose to stay again next year!

We were very content & comfortable - tranquility base. Cozy cottage with lovely decor & very comfortable furniture with all the amenities & spotlessly clean. Bike trail yards away with access to adjacent towns & activities. We would definitely return. Very happy renters.

We had a wonderful stay! Loved the view of the river, even saw a river cruise boat and several barges. The grands loved the room with 5 beds and the huge shower! Will definitely stay here again!

Great space and views towards the river. River access not far away. We kayaked near there and Gina /Troy had several U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service maps available. So much to do and see nearby so rain and chilly weather wasn't a deterrent. We only encountered very friendly and helpful people. Great place to explore.

It was perfect for what we needed. Glen was very accommodating and helpful in his communication. We would stay there again when we ever back in the area.

Michael’s place was just what we needed and as described and shown. Perfect location for our weekend plans of MC rides through the area. Cute and cozy cabin with a beautiful view of the Mississippi River. There is no oven, but that was not a problem for us. Plenty of other appliances to cook with (including the stove top). Very welcoming and easy to get into the cabin. Michael was very responsive when we had a question. Would definitely stay again.

Treehouse cabins always deliver: Clean, simple and neat little cabins for a good night's sleep when you are enjoying the magnificent Whitewater area. Extremely quiet. I always enjoy a hot shower, then a short walk back to the cabin under the stars and crawling in bed. Watch those same stars through a skylight.

My boys and I stayed here while fishing in the area. Its a very functional, well thought out space with a great patio. The tiny home was very clean.
