Du bist schnell in Stuttgart, Waiblingen, Winnenden, Ludwigsburg oder Backnang. S-Bahnstation ist Winnenden. Der Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle ist wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang, ist komplett eingerichtet mit allem was Du brauchst und Du musst sie mit niemandem teilen.

Das ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge als auch (Verwandtschafts)Besuche im Schwabenländle in & um Stuttgart und ideal für Arbeitgeber in der Nähe. Wir selbst verbringen lieber Zeit in AirBnBs, in denen wir nach Lust & Laune kochen können, als dass wir in Hotels abhängen wollen. Wenn man also für einen gewissen Zeitraum bei umliegenden Firmen (wie z.B. Kärcher, AMG, Stihl, Daimler, Bosch, Porsche, Höfliger…) arbeitet, ist unsere Wohnung vielleicht auch das Richtige für Dich?!

The bright and cozy apartment is located in the heart of the Remstal and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment is situated on the first floor. Bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine and toaster. The sunny terrace overlooking the garden invites you to linger. Connection to cycling and hiking trails. Free street parking is available. 8-minute walk to the S-Bahn to Stuttgart and Schorndorf.

Nice little apartment

The apartment offers you the ideal base for exploring the old town of Waiblingen on foot. In a few minutes you can reach everything you need for your daily needs: supermarkets, pharmacies, organic market, bakeries and butchers – all right nearby. Waiblingen S-Bahn station is a 5-minute walk away – from there you can reach Stuttgart in just 17 minutes. Nature lovers enjoy walks over fields, wine hikes in the Rems Valley or bike rides along the Rems.

1-room apartment in a quiet location

Our apartment (about 30 m²) consists of 1 living/bedroom with integrated small kitchenette. Here you can prepare breakfast or a small dinner. Experience has shown that it is unsuitable for guests who like to cook, as the sleeping area is in the same room. The shower room (with rain shower) is for private use. The apartment is good for individuals. A second person can stay 1-3 nights on the sofa bed. A car is an advantage in our quiet residential area.

Loft in the heart of the city

Welcome to the heart of Schorndorf, This spacious loft impresses with its open design and high-quality furnishings. The train station is a 2-minute walk away: Stuttgart city center can be reached in 25 minutes, and in 20 minutes you are on the Cannstatter Wasen. You are just a few steps from the historic city center and the best restaurants, cafes and shops. The Remstal cycle path is right outside the front door.

Welcome! Warmly prepared for you and with a fantastic view over Winnenden, we wish that you can come to rest and thus meet your everyday life with new strength. The 2-room apartment has a completely new kitchen equipment, TV, wi-fi, a comfortable king size bed with zone mattress, a 140cm wide sofa bed and two small desks. The pedestrian zone of the old town with various shopping options is a 10-minute walk away.

Close to the city and yet relaxation? Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space overlooking the countryside. The local outdoor swimming pool is 500 m walk. Or to the city? The bus leaves right outside the door in a few minutes to Winnenden and those who want can continue to Stuttgart by S-Bahn. The bedroom has a large double bed (2 m x 2 m). Another sleeping option is the sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is located in a rural part of Winnenden. Downtown is about 1.5 km away and a shopping center is about 800 m away. The surroundings are very nice. There is a bus connection that takes you to the nearby train station and thus also quickly to Stuttgart. By car, it's about 25 minutes to Stuttgart. There are many vineyards here that invite you to take a walk. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Stylish cozy accommodation in Poppenweiler. Ludwigsburg can be reached in 15 minutes and Stuttgart in 25 minutes. The apartment has a modern kitchen as well as free fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix for cozy evenings. The comfortable king-size box-spring bed ensures pleasant nights. For an idyllic excursion on foot or by bike, the Zugwiesen or Zipfelbachtal are 10 minutes away.

Vacation home, located close to the Rems-Murr Clinic, bedroom, equipped with box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00), desk, wardrobe, TV, bathroom, fitted kitchen and terrace use. If necessary, a guest bed and/or an inflatable, high air bed can be set up in addition. The key is handed over by telephone arrangement. From now on, there may be construction noise during the day.
