Private studio with garden located a 5-minute walk from the Louvre Lens, 2-minute drive from the Bollaert Stadium, 10 minutes from Vimy, 20 minutes from Arras and 30 minutes from Lille. Accommodation with equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, dressing room, very high speed Wi-Fi, smart TV with Netflix. Separate toilet. Studio with 1 bed (160*200) that can be separated into 2 on request (2 beds of 80/200) + 1 sofa The private garden has garden furniture. The bed will be made, towels available.

In our garden...

On the garden floor, at the back of our house, the "chalet": a bed 2 pers, a mezzanine (child from 4 to 10 years), a kitchen area, a bathroom, a toilet. At the end of the garden, the "cabin once upon a time": a bed for 2 people. You sleep in the "chalet" and have amenities in the same place, and/or in the "cabin" and need to cross the garden to have amenities. We can accommodate from 1 to 5 people max. 1 or 3 motorcycles max can be parked in the secure courtyard, car gate.

You will find in our little Maisonette, a quality bunk bed, that can accommodate two people downstairs, plus one person for the top bed. You'll sleep peacefully on premium Bultex mattresses. You will find nearby, without the need to take a vehicle, a snack, a bakery, a crossroads, a bus stop... Sofa bed is a sofa bed as needed. Tv and wifi for your comfort.
