Holiday rentals with breakfast in Windsor

I stayed at Thomas place for to just to crash after a show I attended, everything was as described. it's a great place to stay if you are in town and just need something basic.

Huge thanks to Kathy and her family for their warm hospitality! We arrived very late and felt quite bad about it, but even from a distance we saw that Kathy had left the porch light on and was waiting for us — it made us feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. The room was cozy and comfortable, and in the morning Kathy even made us breakfast, which was such a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at Joeleo’s place in Detroit! He was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. Truly made me feel right at home. Joeleo went above and beyond, offering great recommendations for local spots and things to do. The house itself is older but well maintained, with comfortable rooms, many bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, everything you need for a great stay. It also in a convenient location for busses and uber to get where you need to go. I’d absolutely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Detroit. Great Motown vibes!

If you're planning on staying in Hamtramck, which is a good neighborhood in Detroit, think about staying here. Great rooms, very calm and accomodating, pleasant. Friendly and very helpfull host and give the meditation a try!

This place was great ! Quiet , clean and just very comfortable! Nicole was an amazing host ! Always up for a chat if you wanted one and if not then very peaceful and relaxing! Both the host were total rockstars and very fast to respond if anything was needed ! Definitely a gem of a place to stay ! I highly recommend!!

From start to finish I had an amazing time staying at Veronica's House. The neighborhood was fantastic, (including her neighbors), the easy walk to Woodward Ave to catch the bus to downtown Detroit, the other folks staying at her house gave me a warm welcome, and made me feel right at home throughout my stay. The "shared bathroom" and "common areas" was a new AirBnB experience for me, but I enjoyed it. Veronica's house is lovely, i.e. fast wifi, clean, very comfortable bed, loved her kitchen too, it had all the pots and pans, and other stuff I needed for cooking. Also, the cats were lovely, and her neighborhood has two 24 hour gas stations around the corner with an ample amount of snacks, etc...Overall, the location of Veronica's House is a (10 out of 10) since I'm a longtime lover of Detroit, her house is really in the center of this large city, but I never felt like I needed a car, due to it's (5-7) minute walk to Woodward Ave. Highly recommend the house, Veronica is a 5-Star host!

Nicole's home is truly like a B&B, with lots of thoughtful touches like a bouquet of wildflowers by the bedside and an array of tea selections and fresh bakery bread for guests. The location was central to all of the main attractions in Detroit. I appreciated the ample street parking. The neighborhood felt very quiet and safe to me as someone used to big cities. The bedroom was very comfortable. I also loved the blue tiled bathroom with an old fashioned tub and separate shower. Nicole was incredibly responsive as a host. Highly recommend!

HOUSE was clean and host kept communication

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Irene's Magnolia Suite! It is just as described and pictured. There was a clear effort to honor the early 20th century architecture while adding plenty of vintage touches through the furniture and decor. Everything felt intentional and curated. This was probably the most well-stocked Airbnb I've ever stayed in, too (a full knife set! Unheard of!!). The Florida Room was our favorite. What a special spot to have your morning coffee and read a book. My one *minor* qualm- while the neighborhood is walkable there isn't really anything to walk TO, beyond a sea of beautiful brick homes and neighborly neighbors. Plenty to do in the surrounding area but it does require a drive. Irene was an EXCELLENT communicator and host! Very friendly and forthcoming. In a world of corporately-owned Airbnbs with their shiplap and HomeGoods-fake-succulents, choose CHARACTER and CHARM! Choose the Magnolia Suite! I can't recommend it enough!

Wonderful weekend family stay at the very unique and charming Black Salt Apartment! We had 5 adults, and the space was outstanding. Plenty of room to hang out to have privacy when needed. Other family members were able to visit us during the weekend without feeling cramped. The apartment was quiet for being in such a vibrant neighborhood. Beds very comfortable. We combined cooking in the well-appointed kitchen with eating out at many of the wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood. The star of the show is the outdoor deck on the 2nd floor of the apartment which we used all weekend whether it was having coffee in the morning or cocktails at night! You truly can see the Detroit skyline from the deck! Fireworks too! And of course, we did hang out in the Black Salt Bar one evening and enjoyed delightful cocktails and fun. Zoey was incredibly easy to contact and converse with and her instructions for entering the apartment were spot on and easy to follow.

This is an absolute gem, the hosts are spectacular and know a lot about the history of Amherstberg and all the great things to see. Highly recommended!

Loved our time here and hope to be back. Wonderful hosts on a beautiful property. Peaceful trails, happy chickens, lovely breakfasts. Plus easy driving distance to many restaurants, breweries, stores, etc.

I really enjoyed staying at Angelas home! She was very responsive and the Bnb was very clean. The breakfast was also so amazing! Definitely will stay again :)

I loved the Bondy House experience. Great location, in walking distance to anything that is enjoyable in Amherstburg. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great location. Very close to the bridge/tunnel to USA. Catherine is a lovely host and the freshly prepared breakfast was the icing on the cake. We travelled with our golden retriever and the stay was perfect. We will definitely visit again.

This is the second time my fiancée and I have visited for the Bird Festival and stayed at Angela’s. The space is clean, spacious, and peaceful! Everything you could need for a comfortable stay is thoughtfully provided. Not to mention the delicious breakfasts! Angela was very accommodating despite our odd schedule. Genuinely could not recommend it enough - we will certainly be returning.

The Bondy House B and B is absolutely lovely. Carolyn and Merv are amazing hosts who will go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. They are also well-connected in the community and had great tips for seeing Amherstburg. The B and B is located near the waterfront in the heart of the community with many restaurants and coffee houses within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable with a very modern ensuite shower room. The house was immaculate. Lots of amenities and a delicious breakfast in the morning. We felt very well taken care of! We will definitely be back.
