Our apartment is very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner) and is ideal for longer stays. The following can be used jointly in the residential complex: outdoor pool, tennis, billiards table, table tennis, table football, barbecue (bricked), fireplace The neighbor is a horse farm with a riding hall.

Die Terrasse vor der Küche, mit Blick auf den See, lädt zum Frühstücken ein, die zweite Terrasse vor dem Wohn-/Schlafraum, zu einem "Sundowner" bei Sonnenuntergangsstimmung, Seeblick und Lagerfeuerromantik. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und Garten. Ein kostenloser, videoüberwachter Gästeparkplatz steht zur Verfügung.

Romantic hut

This original troad box is actually 300 years old and has been lovingly converted into a romantic hut in a dream location in the Kalkalpen National Park. Here up to 4 people can enjoy the quiet country life. The former granary is modernly equipped with a heated hot tub on the terrace and a cozy fireplace. At the adjacent Heurigen, there are regional specialties. Hiking and mountain biking at your doorstep, ski and spa areas can be reached in less than half an hour by car.

lovely cabin in the Pyhrn - Priel area

The lovely Sonnreith cabin is located in the mountain village of Spital/Pyhrn on the sunny slope with some neighboring houses. It is newly furnished and has a living area of 34 m² - many loving details were made by hand - very cozy. A fireplace and infrared heating provide pleasant warmth. There is underfloor heating in the anteroom and bathroom. The cabin is in a quiet, beautiful panoramic location. Hiking trails and the mountain bike trail are nearby (100 meters)

Chalet Ascherhütte in Upper Austria

If you're looking for a simple rustic cottage on the top of the mountain, you've found the right place. Our Ascher Hütte is located at about 850 m above sea level and offers a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains, the Kalkalpen National Park but also down into the valley. A tranquil place to relax from the stressful everyday life and find yourself.

Located at an altitude of 800 meters, the house offers a direct view of the time-honored robber baron castle Altpernstein. From the terrace, the picturesque view extends to the Krems Wall, which adorns the local panorama. A parking lot is right outside the door. The surrounding ski resorts and recreational areas can be easily reached by car.

We are proud of our apartment "RESL" which was newly built and completed in June 2022. It is quietly located, fully equipped and lovingly furnished. Ideal starting point for hikes and as a starting point for trips to St. Wolfgang, Bad Ischl - our imperial city, Hallstatt, Bad Aussee, Salzburg, various lakes, etc.
