Enjoy our cozy ski-in ski -out condo in the Ober Tal complex at Stratton. This newly renovated condo offers a warm, welcoming stay with modern farm house charm! Located just above the base of the mountain, our condo is a stones throw from the nearest lift ( 200 ft) and a ski lovers dream. Unwind after a long day of skiing/snowboarding or take convenient 5 minute stroll to the Village for a bite to eat or some shopping. *Mountain biking & concerts offered in the summer season.*

This custom build apartment is located just 10 minutes from I91. In the winter you are 30 minutes away from some of the best skiing around. Located on 85 private acres with great views this is the perfect winter get away. In the summer you can relax by the firepit, hike in the woods, work in the gardens (just kidding), collect breakfast from the chickens or visit some of the local breweries. We are as close or as far away as you would like us to be with our house right next door.

This 1970s A-Frame has been newly renovated and is ready to host guests. This home is located on a 2.6 acre property complete with a swimmable pond , outdoor firepit (snow dependent) and dining al fresco. It's located only a few minutes away from amenities such as Londonderry Market, Pingree Park, Lowell Lake and several restaurants. For skiing, this home is in proximity to Magic (8min), Bromley (9min), Okemo (25 min) and Stratton (20 min).

Vermont Getaway Apartment

A 2 bedroom apartment attached to our home, close to Stratton, Bromley, Magic, Okemo & Mt Snow Skiing, hiking, fishing, golfing, tennis, outlet shopping and fine dining all close by. Manchester a short drive. Hot tub available from 8am-8pm. Level 2 EV charger available for a $10 cash fee (and give us advance notice if possible so we can open the garage for you).

Cottage

The "Rustic" cottage is furnished with a queen bed, sofa and dining table. There is a small deck with patio furniture, fire ring with wood supplied, and a gas barbecue. It can accommodate 2 people comfortably. Private with parking. Host in separate house. Wi Fi from Xfinity, but please note that it can be patchy. Roku TV WI FI connected to router.
