Holiday rentals with breakfast in Winchester

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay in Catherine’s super studio. It had everything that we needed without being cluttered. It was spotlessly clean with a very comfy bed, there was plenty of breakfast supplies in the kitchenette and we were given fresh towels during our stay. It was peaceful and quiet and the walk into Wareham was an easy stroll. We used the Poole to Swanage bus to visit Swanage (1/2 hour) and we visited Arne nature reserve and Sidmouth during our stay so the location was very good. We will definitely use this accommodation again when visiting the area. Thank you Catherine.

Wonderful place for some relaxing days in the magical Mudeford. Hayley has put together a fantastic package, all very well organised.

We were walking the Clarendon Way, which passes right in front of Patsy’s place - so it was a perfect place for us to stop and rest before the second half of our walk. The room was spacious with a lovely little balcony. A variety of breakfast bits were available in the room and a couple of cold ones in the fridge which was much appreciated after 17 miles on foot! The bed was super soft, like a feathery cloud. Patsy and her family were really friendly and welcoming - would totally recommend!

Marian and Terry are really interesting hosts and we had a fascinating chat at Sunday breakfast about their own travels and their hosting experiences. Although it is a shared bathroom I barely saw the other guest and there were no awkward ques for the loo! Marian & Terry are happy for guests to get on with their own thing but also happy to help should you need them to. They were really friendly and communicated great throughout. I accidentally left my phone charger behind and Marian kindly posted it back to me - thank you Marian and Terry! 🙂

This was a great stay for us as a last minute booking for one night. Great beds. Everyone slept well. Shower in every room was convenient. Cooked breakfast was great! Helen also went the extra mile providing an iron and printing something off for me. Highly recommended!!

It's a shame we only stayed for 1 night, the property was lovely, very well furnished. Lots of little extras really made it feel special. Lots of Board games to play with. Charges in every room, Lots of coffee and teas, cereals. The location was really lovely, wish we was there for longer.

Persephone, was the perfect host, very helpful and made me feel at home, the house was spotless and the room was comfortable and clean, Persephone was so helpful with guidance on how to get to the city the quickest way and how to get around. I would definitely recommend staying with Persephone she is a fabulous host.

A comfy studio with everything we needed for our short break. A good location to explore Poole and the surrounding areas. The nearby Secret Garden path was a peaceful place to walk the dogs first thing, plus it was also a good way to get to Poole Park. The homemade jam with the cream tea was a highlight! Barrie was great at communicating too.

What a great place to stay! Had everything you could need and the location was perfect. Walking distance to Marlow and excellent links to M4/40. All in all it was a pleasure to stay here. Sarah was extremely efficient and helpful which made it even more perfect! Thank you Sarah for everything

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment right by the sea and a pleasant 40 minute walk to the historic dockyard. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for a short stay for two people, with plenty of pubs and places to eat to choose from in the nearby area, we would definitely stay there again!

Lovely clean flat. It is in an ideal location with parking and is walkable into Henley. Very well equipped. The welcome provisions were a nice surprise. Thank you we had a lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay here for a few days. Location was perfect for our trips to Castle Combe, Laycock, Avebury, Biddestone and Bath. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Accommodation was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again.

Very comfortable and well equipped accommodation within a short walk of the beach, with the added advantage of off road parking. Brian was very friendly and full of helpful suggestions about the local area.

This is the perfect hideaway for one person or a couple for a visit to Bath. The studio was scrupulously clean and everything you could possibly need is provided. It is bright, airy and modern. The balcony was an added bonus in the sunny weather. Julie is a great hostess, very friendly and responsive. She left a lovely selection of breakfast items which I couldn't resist. There is off-road parking which is a great find in the city. It's about a 20min walk downhill into the city, the route is very pretty, esp if you use the scenic version Julie provides. There are buses back up the hill every few minutes. Next time I visit Bath, I won't bother looking elsewhere, I'll just book in with Julie.

This was my second stay at John's lovely quiet and spacious flat used as a base whilst visiting my family in Southsea. The location is ideal, together with the designated parking space on site which is a rarity in Southsea. John's lemon drizzle cake, bread and other groceries such as eggs, milk and homemade marmalade were much appreciated after a long journey. There is also a very convenient Coop just around the corner which is open until late.

John was incredibly friendly and hospitable. Great host, extremely flexible and accommodating. Thanks John!

La casa di Abigail é semplicemente magnifica! Si trova in una posizione fantastica, é curatissima in ogni piccolo particolare e pulitissima!!! Il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso. Me senti extremamente confortavel en casa. Não nos faltou de nada. O quarto é otimo, grande e muito bem decorado, o que o torna muito agradavel! A casa está super bem localizada a 10 minutos andando até o centro minutos, perto da Praia e a 5 min da Charminster Road. Martín é muito agradável e simpático. Ele nos deixou muito a vontade, muito respeitador e atencioso! Recomendo 100% Voltarei mais vezes! muito obrigado Martin!!!!

Beautiful location, warm welcome. The breakfast was delicious. We also went for the raclette experience in the evening which was a great success (including Joey's tasty dessert). Peter is very attentive, we had everything we needed in thar lovely base to explore the Isle of Purbeck.

Sue is a delightful host who has developed an outstanding venue to stay at and visit. Her Garden Room has been created to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. We had a fabulous two night stay with David in his 400 year-old property. He showed us round and allowed us full use of the kitchen and large garden. We thoroughly enjoyed David's company over breakfast and dinner. Both bathrooms are downstairs shared with other guests and the host. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic 3-night Easter break here, my husband, me and our dog. The accommodation was clean, comfortable. It was in a great location—perfect for beach visits, walks and was close to family who live nearby. Our son joined us for one night and stayed on the sofa bed in the living room which was very convenient. We were able to park right on the drive and Terry was incredibly helpful giving us great recommendations on local walks, places to eat and ensuring we had all the essentials.There are several dog-friendly pubs nearby and we really enjoyed The Carpenters Arms—highly recommend the homemade pies and desserts! We also explored Highcliffe Beach and Mudeford, both lovely spots for walking the dog. The thoughtful extras like tea, coffee, juice, cereal, yoghurt, milk, butter, and jams were a lovely touch and made for a great start to each day. We even had a relaxing evening watching one of the many DVDs available. We will be back.. thanks again to Terry & Amanda
