Our home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is a newer built house, less than 10 years. There is a beautiful kitchen with everything you need stocked. The home has many outdoor options; a large covered deck, covered patio and a quaint front porch. It is centrally located to everything around Florence. It is about a 10 minute drive to our growing downtown area. Then about 20 minutes to our surrounding towns: Muscle Shoals, Sheffield and Tuscumbia.

Peaceful Creekside Retreat – One Dog Allowed Nestled on Stults Branch, our 36-acre getaway offers relaxation by the creek, ponds, and fire pit swings. Enjoy the screened-in porch, gazebo, and nature trails. Pet Policy: One dog (under 50 lbs) allowed with $45 fee. No pets on furniture. No fenced yard, but plenty of space for walks. This home has a long and unique history dating back to the 1800's. It is practically on UNA's campus, just a 2 minute walk to Starbucks & Chick-fil-A to the north, and a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and shops of downtown Florence to the south. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a coffee nook with microwave and fridge. Downstairs there is more living space with a dining table and living room. New cleaning company as of 11/24!
