A 1900 farmhouse that has been in the family for generations. Recently renovated to accommodate up to 5 guests, it is clean with simple furnishings and a SPECTACULAR VIEW! Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.

It has a spacious kitchen and living area, four bedrooms, and two and a half baths, and can accommodate larger friend and family groups. BaseCamp is only a couple of miles from Whiteface Mountain , our winter and summer playground. Come experience the wilderness at this secluded mountain property.

This is a second floor apartment with private entry and off street parking. Has full kitchen with gas stove,microwave,toaster,coffee maker,plates,silverware,pot and pans. Hardwood and tile floors in living areas, carpeting in bedrooms. Living room does have a TV with cable and access to Netflix. On property is also a restaurant serving breakfast/lunch and a store.
