Nana's Cabin is located on a private pond 4 miles from downtown. This charming log home was built by local builders for their mother. Guests can drive right to the front door. There is a full well equipped kitchen. Bathroom has tub w/shower, washer & dryer. One queen bed downstairs & a queen, a twin and 2 pull out beds upstairs. Note: The Denali National Park entrance is a 3 hour drive from Talkeetna! There is a 1/2 mile walking trail on the property and access to local bike and ski trails.

Experienced fly-fishermen walk up and down the river & fish for trout. Hip boots recommended. We recommend going with a fishing guide for best experience. Owners live on the property, separate house, separate driveway.

The unit is attached to main house. However it is completely separate and on the other side of a garage. We are located just outside Anchorage on Fire Lake with lake access and year round activities including boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, fishing, ice skating, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing.
