Family Cottage on Williamstown Lake Near the Ark

Cottage is 660 SF, 2 bedroom. One room has a queen bed. Second bedroom is a bunk bed best suited for children. The common space has a day bed with a second pull up trundle bed. Access to the owners dock and use of Kayak and paddle board when a waiver is signed. 15 Minutes to the Ark and 1 Hour to the Creation Museum & Cincinnati. Cottage attached to owners house by an outdoor breezeway and has it's own large deck and lake access. No Dishwasher or Washer/Dryer ID verify at checkin

Renovated in 2022, the cabin is comfy but you can expect creaky floors, original woodwork, and a few quirks that come with age. The cabin is authentic, and thoughtfully kept. You will have TV, wifi, central heat, air conditioning but expect to hear the water pump run and there is no dishwasher.

The Ark Encounter, Kentucky Horse Park, Keeneland, and several distilleries are all within an hour of the cabin. This is a great place to relax between visits to these attractions.

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. Hickory Ridge is located in a quiet country setting. You will be: 23 miles to the Ark Encounter 29 miles to Creation Museum Doug and Lana live on the main floor of their ranch style home. The apartment is in the finished lower level (basement) of the home. Hickory Ridge is located in the rolling hills of Northern Kentucky on a family farm next to a wooded area. If you are looking for a quiet place to get away, we hope you will be pleased with this location!

The Cute Little House Near The Ark Encounter

The "Little House" is a cute 1 bedroom house located on our farm in a beautiful country setting with 6 acres of outdoor space for relaxing. It is separate from our home and is all yours. It is conveniently located only 8 miles from the Ark Encounter and you only need to make one turn to get there. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, a horse, and 11 goats. We also have a 1/2 mile nature trail to explore with a scavenger hunt, and a campfire spot with free firewood.
