This 2BR cottage home is the perfect getaway. You may see wildlife roaming the partially wooded grounds. The surroundings are quiet, secluded, yet surprisingly close to stores, restaurants and other amenities. Close to Williamsport and the Little League Museum, less than 40 miles from attractions like Knoebel’s, Ricketts Glen, World’s End, Pine Creek, bike trails. Lots of local farmers’ markets, craft fairs, county fairs, antique shops. Great for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

The Pajama Factory was awarded the prestigious designation of being placed on the National Registry of Historic Places. In addition to artist studios, a coffee house and many small businesses, there are eclectic living lofts for the adventurous. Located on Pennsylvania 2018 River of the Year Loyalsock Creek, this little cottage is a gem! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened porch as you listen to the sound of the creek and the birds. Inflate one of the tubes kept in the basement and take a float down the river. In the evening, roast marshmallows over the fire pit in the backyard while you watch fireflies flicker around the creek. Restaurants/retail shopping just 8 miles away. Little League World Series Park 15 miles away

Hilltop Cottage

This cozy little cottage was originally a one room schoolhouse. The school bell was restored, and you may ring it! This cottage sits on top of a hill with a beautiful view! There is a lot of history in this valley. An old railroad turned into a biking or walking trail, will give you a look into the country. Or sit back and enjoy the quietness on the closed in porch. You are welcome to walk around outside. We live a mile down the road so if you have questions we are not far away.

Fully furnished basement apartment in private home, with a private entrance. You'll find everything needed for overnight stays including a kitchenette, bathroom, office and living areas, as well as a queen sized bed with flat screen tv and wifi. It is within 5 miles of all types of stores. This apartment is in walking distance to the Crosscutters Baseball field and the original Little League baseball field. The Little League World Series Stadium is 15 minute driving time.

Unique A-frame cabin in private setting. Loft bedroom upstairs and open floor plan on ground floor. Large wrap around deck with covered area for grilling or just hanging out. Great place to take it easy and get away from it all. Wood Stove is the only source of heat. If you need some guideance on how to use the stove I'd be happy to meet up and give you a crash course. Wood for heating cabin is provided. Campfire ring with some wood provided also.

Take a walk along a tributary of Buffalo Creek as it meanders through the woods, or relax and take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

We are 5 miles from the Pine Creek Rail Trail head and numerous hiking trails. Our farm is within a 15 min drive of Lycoming college, PennCollege, and Lockhaven University. The Little League Complex is 13 miles from our location. There are several nearby local restaurants. This property is on a working farm.
