It is a self-contained 1,740 sq.ft apartment (not the entire home) and has two private entrances, and a full kitchen. Outside: pickleball(rackets provided) disc golf, walking trail. Peony blooms in May, sunflowers in summer, (sometimes!) Apples in July. Usually some chickens, a few hogs or sheep, and the neighbors goats and cows to see. Amazing sunsets.
