Wow! We loved our stay at The Love Shack. Such great hospitality, communication and attention to detail. The cabin was in a gorgeous location and was truly a perfect escape. We hope to come back again soon.

Gratidude Ranch is a dream! The property is incredible, the home had everything we needed, clean, adorable, relaxing and perfect. Jason and DeMarco were incredible hosts and so communicative. Highly recommend their community or private dinner experiences while you are there! Will definitely be back!

My three sons and myself stayed in this house August 10th through the 16th. We found it on the Airbnb website, and we were very impressed looking at the pictures, so we booked it. The pictures do not do this house justice. This place is amazing. It has every comfort of home. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us and could easily still be as comfortable for 8 people. The kitchen is fully stocked with every kitchen gadget you would need. We found ourselves in the amazing pool in the evenings and then in the screened in deck at night. If you are one of those people who like to give the place a quick cleaning before you settle in don’t bother. This place is clean. We also loved Franklin. Far not too far from Nashville and the airport. Plenty of great restaurants around too. I did not get to meet Jill who is the host, but she was always a text away and quickly responded with any questions I had. I cannot recommend this house enough! Thanks Jill for a great week!!

We loved our stay at Gretchen’s home! Our family of five was in need of a last minute place to stay when our original lodging fell through and we couldn’t have been happier with this booking. The house is cute and cozy; it really feels like a home, not just a vacation house. It was clean and we felt very safe. The location was perfect and allowed us to easily enjoy the heart of Franklin. Gretchen was responsive and kind with messages. We loved our stay and would definitely book again!

Spacious, stylish, well kept home in a very quiet and beautiful Tennessee setting. Beds and furniture high quality and very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with quality appliances. Some small town hidden gems in immediate area, but the appeal is being remote but still within 40 min to Nashville. Nearby Franklin very nice as well. Mark the host very responsive. Pool is nice but make sure you understand motorized cover and expectations for care and use. More than enough room for our 3 families / 9 people total.

We had a great stay here. This is a well maintained home at the end of a culdesac with a private back yard. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots for cooking, and there are many areas to sleep or spread out. The pool and hot tub with large deck were the best! We enjoyed outside many times when it wasn’t raining. The host was responsive to questions about recycling, etc. Great location away from the lively Nashville but within driving distance for a visit. Grocery and retail close by.

You know how in Harry Potter, the room of requirement provided every need that students could possibly need? Well Fran & Fi’s cottage was that for us. A group of friends met up for a long weekend and every time we asked ourselves “hmm I wonder if this place has an extension cord or dishwasher pods or extra towels” it only took a quick search to find what we needed. So The Room of Requirement quickly became the term of the weekend. The house is absolutely lovely, beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and exactly what we needed to spread out and chat and quilt for a few days. It’s located on a quiet street but also only minutes from a grocery store and restaurant/shops. The beds were very comfortable too! We’ll be staying here again and are already looking forward to it.

Deb's home was so special! It was so beautiful on the inside and so peaceful on the outside. I really enjoyed the swing on the porch! She was super helpful and so kind. If I'm ever back in this part of Tennessee, I would definitely stay there again. It was the perfect spot!

We loved our stay! Karen's place is absolutely gorgeous and located only a short walk to the main area of downtown Franklin. We appreciated her recommendations for shops, restaurants, and areas to enjoy a morning walk. The place was immaculate and free of clutter allowing us to feel right at home. Karen responded promptly whenever I reached out and I would definitely stay here again when I am back in the area.

The house exterior and interior were lovely. Lots of games and activities included indoor and out which we took advantage of. Also a lot of treats and snacks that we also took advantage of. Big benefit being a block away from some walking trails at an adjacent city park. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors. We stayed with three couples and a five year old child. The bookshelf games and the vintage video game in the barrel were well utilized and kept the little guy entertained for most of the stay. If a five year old's review counts, when we opened the door he wanted to go in first and ran into all the rooms and up the stairs and all we could hear was, " Whoah, Whoah, Whooaah".......a great way to start our stay!

Beautiful property with spacious house! Clean, love the back porch, fire pit, and games! The beds are super comfy and the water pressure is great, which matters to me! Spent the day at the winery and quick drive back to house! Would definitely stay again!

My favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The house is perfectly put together and incredibly clean. Location is perfect and nestled into the woods like a luxury treehouse. Communication with the host was great as well and was very accommodating. Definitely plan to come back and stay again.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful experience in and around the property. The animals, pond, home, and management exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Sarah’s place was pure magic. We stayed about a week there and it was incredibly peaceful and serene. I am fellow host, so I can be a bit particular, but I had zero concerns here. The place was immaculate. The wine and cookies waiting for us were such a nice touch. We especially loved the robes and slippers waiting for us in our closets. The beds were so comfortable. The back porch was an absolute dream and we spent a lot of our time out there. We are for sure going to come back! Highly recommend and wish I could give this place 10 stars!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Charles was flexible as we had family coming and going and was able to get in early for naptime. It was close to all the fun stuff to do but still private.

This cottage made us feel right at home. We had it to ourselves on our schedule. We enjoyed the game selection & the kitchen was very convenient. Every need we had seemed to have the available items in stock. Thank you for an enjoyable & comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this delightful cottage in Leiper’s Fork, TN! It was completely charming from the moment we arrived—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was so well stocked it made cooking breakfast a breeze. But only after hitting the RedByrd coffee shop. Access was easy, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to all the charm and character that Leiper’s Fork has to offer. We enjoyed exploring the unique little stores and especially loved the live music at Fox & Locke—it was a true highlight! This cottage is the perfect getaway: peaceful and relaxing, yet just a stone’s throw from the energy and excitement of Nashville. We highly recommend this wonderful place and would absolutely stay here again. Loved every minute!

There is so much to say about this property! The pictures do not do it justice. The home is beautifully decorated with personal touches that make it feel like home. There was everything I could possibly need in the kitchen, lots of extra items in the bathroom (great for if I had forgotten to bring toiletries). We used the grill sat on the back porch, enjoyed the home so much! There were cold waters in the fridge, snacks in a basket on the counter. They provided plenty of towels, extra sheets and pillows, there were items in the kitchen cabinet for our use. 100% satisfied in all areas. The beds were very comfortable, as was the couch and chair. The house has been modernized but has not lost its historic feel at all. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and they are wonderful people. This house was by far our favorite and we stay lots of places. My daughter and I plan to travel back to that area and to stay at this house again. The location, the value in the price, the charm

When we saw the photos of this home online we could tell immediately this was going to be a cozy, beautiful space. It lived up to that and more in person. Not only that, but Kasey and JT could not be better hosts in every sense of the word. They were beyond friendly, helpful, kind, and welcoming to not only their home but their incredible town of Leiper’s Fork. When we come back to TN in the future, this will be the only place we’ll be staying at. PS - Bagel is the master at being effortlessly interesting.

We had a lovely stay. The place is really pretty and perfectly clean. The views are sweeping. It's totally private and peaceful. There are many steps to get to the residence above a wedding venue so be aware of that.
