Condo holiday rentals in Williamsburg

For my first vacation alone, Frank’s condo was the perfect place to start. They are very responsive and make it too easy lol. For the price I would do it again every year.

Jeff was one of the most responsive, friendly, and fair hosts I have ever dealt with. Super flexible and easy going! The place is outstanding, beautiful views, lots of amenities, and close to a lot of places. I will 100 percent be booking at Jeff’s place again when we go back

Had a wonderful stay at Oli's location! It was 90 degrees this past weekend and the amenities of using the Waterpark on the property WITH NO RESORT FEE was such a steal! A lazy river, lounge chairs, water slides and they also have a food hut. Don't forget to utilize the free shuttle service as parking at the waterpark is very limited so save yourself the hassle and just get chauffeured. The place itself was pristine! Me and my friend had over own quarters and slept and relaxed beautifully. Oli was proactive and very easy to get ahold of if we had any questions or concerns (we rarely had any). Tons of parking though it does get kind of packed at night depending on how late you'll be out we got in from Universal really late a few nights. Would absolutely stay again. You're getting well worth your value. Looking to book my next stay soon! 😁

George’s matched the pictures and was great. It was a very homey atmosphere. It was super close to all the parks and amazing food places. He was very helpful and super responsive. Would definitely return.

Great place to stay with a family, great location, lots of amenities, great ability to use all three pools on the properties. The layout of rooms and bathrooms were nice and adequate . Lower level condo with some noise from above condo. Overall a great stay!

The condo was very well maintained and stocked with most everything we needed. We loved that it is located minutes from the Orange County Convention Center since we were in town for a cheer competition. During our stay, we also visited Disney and Universal Studios, which were only 20 minutes away. The condo is within walking distance to a Publix, ABC Liquor, Walgreens, and quite a few restaurants. The condo was perfect, we will definitely stay there again!

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

We were there for a volleyball tourney at the OCCC and it was a great location. Plenty of places to walk to or close driving distance. We also went to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom and it was a good drive to both locations. The pool area was nice - although we didn’t get to really enjoy it because we were at the tourney. We would highly recommend and would book again if in the area. Hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed.

I’ve stayed at Cai Ling and John’s home before. Fantastic hosts!! I’d stay with them again. They’re always so nice and responsive. Their home was very clean and kept up to date. I’ll always recommend them to anyone when staying through Airbnb.

Our stay with Renzo and Carolina was very pleasant. They are super friendly and incredibly attentive hosts, always making sure we were comfortable. They even asked us in advance what temperature we preferred in the house, and when we arrived, everything was set just the way we requested. The house was spotless, very well maintained, and located in a nice, quiet, and central area. We truly enjoyed our time there, and without a doubt, we’ll be happy to stay here again next time we come back. Thank you so much for everything!

Very beautiful location, calm surroundings and very close to all attractions

Dan was very responsive and answered all my questions and was very friendly and accommodating. Space was perfect for me my husband and our dog . Great location Ubers in the area were cheap and there was lots to do.

Overall my stay here was good. The Airbnb was clean, instructions were clear on getting inside, not a noisy area except the neighbors above the 2 bed room were noisy at night. I made use of the washer and dryer using the complimentary laundry detergent pods left out for use, I made use of the iron/ironing board, and I made use of the tv in the bedroom. I didn’t have any concerns or trouble so I didn’t need to contact Andres, but he reached out the day after checking in to make sure everything went smoothly. The only thing I’d like to share as a heads up is that the gate to get into the apartment complex only allows one car at a time so there were times where after getting approved to go through, a car would turn in and go through before we could and so we’d have to reverse and get approved again so that the gate barrier arm would go up again.

Great location!! We really loved our stay here. Quick walk to Publix and Chipotle. Quick drive to Universal and The Pointe Orlando district. Twenty minute drive to Disney. 15 minute ride to downtown Orlando. Can't say enough great things about this place. It was beautiful inside and out and really comfy just to lounge in. The pool in the condo is beautiful and our hosts are very responsive to any request

We like this apartment very much. it's new and clean, location is also good, whole environment is good. The host reply very fast. will book it again when next time come. only not convenient is that can't stock luggage before check in and after check out.

Shuoyan is a wonderful host! We enjoyed our stay and would return. The property is very clean and family friendly.

Vista Cay was a beautiful community with everything you could possibly want in walking distance. The pools were incredible with great music and a family environment. Our host was quick to respond and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Great experience at Rafaela’s place. Very easy checkin, both at the entrance gate and in the apartment. The apartment itself is very comfortable, clean, with all the amenities we needed. Rafaela was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend her listing and would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay. This is very close to the new Universal park, Epic Universe. Very clean.

The resort was beautiful and the cleanliness and decor was impeccable. The pools and activities were great too. All staff was very nice, we had everything we needed and the screened in porch was great as well. The location was very close to Disney and made for a great stay for me and my kids vacation. I am a neat freak/germaphobe and this place met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Mike!

Our stay was perfect, really nothing to complain about. The location is great, there are shops and many stores for shopping nearby, as well as being halfway between the Disney and Universal parks. The space is spacious, cozy, the kitchen has all the necessary items. Large and clean bathroom. The host Juan Jose always responded quickly and courteously. I would definitely stay again!
