Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Williamsburg, Brooklyn

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

The house is very charming and well preserved. Lovingly decorated with attention to detail. The room had a nice view of the garden. The area is green with many historic buildings and cafes. Jordan is very friendly. I look forward to coming back!

My partner and I stayed at Jessica's listing for our annual trip to NYC and absolutely loved the place! We love Bed-Stuy and almost always choose to stay in this neighborhood. Jessica left great recommendations for food and shopping in the area, had a cute little radio playing a local jazz station when we arrived, and made the apartment feel like a home away from home.

I would definitely recommend staying here. I was celebrating my birthday & Morlisa surprised me with a bottle of Rose☺️(I’m 24). If you want somewhere to stay that’s comfortable & less chaotic than staying in a hotel within Manhattan, this is the place. Close to the JFK airport too.

This Airbnb was wonderful! The space was clean and cozy. The place being on the ground floor made it accessible for my grandparents and their walker/wheelchair even fit through all the doors. Mel is an excellent host and sent helpful texts & a video to help us check in. I really appreciated the spot as a place for my out of town family to stay during my wedding. They loved it! What a GREAT find! The apartment is walking distance from the subway (Wilson Av) - as in you can't get through a whole song before you are there! - in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of Brooklyn. After reading some of the other reviews - I would like to comment on a few things too. I have lived in Brooklyn so perhaps my standards are different - but those that are tourists - this is for you. This apartment is spacious. This isn't a word used often in NYC. HUGE open space made it feel like a real apartment, big separate bedroom, large shower, a bigger kitchen than I had in my own apartment... HUGE. I didn't even use most of the space and I was there over a long weekend. I found the apartment to be SILENT (couldn't really hear the family upstairs that much, and zero from the outside, the lock of closets made up for the luggage storage, dresser, side tables, and space. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

We really enjoyed our stay - the unit was absolutely perfect for what we needed and acted as the perfect base for all things New York being a one minute walk from the station! Krystal was extremely friendly, responsive and helpful - would highly recommend !

Had a great 2 week stay at Josh and Lance's apartment. The place is incredibly clean, very spacious, and designed very well! Josh and Lance were both kind and friendly, and the apartment is located really close to the train station! Would definitely stay here whenever I visit NYC!

Such a cute unit, the king bed was amazing and comfortable. Very clean and I loved the snacks. Hosts were very accommodating to my last minute requests. Would definitely stay again

Even nicer than the pictures! We loved the high ceilings and sense of space in the flat. Everything was exceptionally clean, which we appreciated. Adam was very responsive, and helpful. Everything was just perfect. Definitely grab a bagel at The Bagel Pub down the street while you’re there!

Donovon’s apartment was simply smashing. We discovered there are plenty of beautiful and unique places to visit in Brooklyn. Still lots left to visit next time. About ten minute walk to the closest subway. Thank you, Donovon, for all you do.

I had an amazing stay at Christopher's Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was full of great spots to eat, grab coffee, and explore. Check-in was seamless, and the host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout my stay. I felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Yoel is AWESOME. And so is his place…if what you are looking for is a clean, cool, private basement room in/near Brooklyn’s Bushwick district. Ensuring that I arrived while it was still daylight so that I could get my bearings is the only thing I would’ve done differently. LOVE how close it is to the MTA! While staying I only had one request - I was low on coffee - and Yoel went out of his way. He did not only address the need. He gave me a unique experience in coffee tasting!

Great apartment in quiet street but less than 10mins walk to two subway lines, also some good local restaurant/bar options (we tried Good Ol Days Diner and Therapy Wine Bar 2.0). Apartment itself is modern, clean, and good size. Really nice touch was the selection of drinks in the fridge.

Amazing spot in BedStuy! The apartment is on a lovely, quiet street that is very close to transportation. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay while visiting family. As I grew up in the area I know my way around, but easy to get around for anyone! The bay is a beautiful site when you walk up the block. There are many places to visit in walking distance as well as plenty of transportation choices withing walking distance. Plenty of places to eat as well, with many different choices of food. Nice private quite apartment, I will be staying again in the Fall.

Our family of 4 stayed 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the path in 5 min to connect to the NYC subways. On the walk, you pass multiple cafes and coffee shops. Great craft beer and wine shop on the corner. Pizza shop, Basile’s, right next to the PATH is perfect for a late night snack. The beds were comfortable, and even though there was some street noise heard at night, a sound machine was provided to help lull you to sleep. The only thing you have to be aware of is the unit is located on the 2nd floor, and you have to go up a narrow set of stairs which can be hard with multiple suitcases. Other than that, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with everything within walking distance!

We had a great time in the apartment, it was clean and everything we needed was there. Just like in the description. Comfortable bed and couch, great appliances, nice bathroom and everything was in good condition. Really close to public transportation and many restaurants. The ac was great after a hot and busy das in the city, it felt like coming home every evening. Thanks!

Great host, amazing location, and quite cute neighborhood incredibly close to the PATH! Hoboken was great and getting into Manhattan was incredibly convenient. The Airbnb was spotless and the couch was already made for my dad. Roomy, homey, and a great stay. Loved this place!! If I ever need an Airbnb in Hoboken I will look to rebook this place

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is just like the photos, and in a lovely neighborhood with grocery, coffee, restaurants, subway, etc. nearby. The bed is super comfortable...amazing water pressure...all located in a quiet building. I would definitely stay here again!
