We are located centrally to local popular Vineyards in the serene Applegate Valley, just 12 miles outside the historic Jacksonville Oregon. Our brand new modern-style single cottage is a stand alone unit & is a private cozy, yet spacious haven.

The guest house, we affectionately call the Villa, is situated near great views, restaurants, wineries, and nature trails available in Jacksonville, Ashland and Medford. Located in the country with views of the famous pear orchards. We have designed the Villa to be a quiet retreat that offers some unique features, so please familiarize yourself with our Property and House Rules. Tranquil Studio Near Scenic Redwood Highway

Tucked amongst the trees, 8 miles west of Grants Pass, this charming studio feels like stepping into a quiet fairytale—birdsong and fresh air welcome you in. Enter through the cottage garden into a warm, thoughtfully designed retreat that balances convenience with nature. Perfect for road trippers or exploring the Redwoods, the studio features a spacious deck overlooking a seasonal pond with a stone bridge straight out of a fairytale. Guests who book one night often wish they had stayed longer.

The studio is very private with views in every direction of trees, earth and sky (no other buildings in sight). You have direct access to trails leading to old growth forest and a refreshing year long creek. The studio space is an inspiration for artists and lovers of fine details. The kitchen meets all your basic culinary needs. Living room has cozy nooks. Bedroom upstairs has a comfy queen size bed.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Immerse yourself with the sound of the forest gazing at the Applegate valley and lavender farms below. Walk around in over 10 acres of forest and enjoy a forest bath and sounds of the river below. Minutes from renowned Applegate Valley wineries and Applegate lake. Snow capped mountains in view most of the year. This space has a private bedroom and bathroom with a separate entrance. For the chilly nights, enjoy a cozy fireplace and a movie.

Cozy Detached Guest Quarters

Guest room is detached from main house and has half bath with shower. Wet bar has microwave, small fridge and place settings for two. Short drive to hiking/mt bike trails in Cathedral Hills; close to Applegate vineyards and to downtown restaurants! We are an active family who enjoy our yard and open our home to meet new friends. If you are looking for complete perfection and no interaction we might not be your place! Otherwise we can’t wait to meet you! We are pet friendly with a $10 fee.

NO CLEANING FEE! Large 24 ft yurt located on our 5 acre property. Gorgeous views to the west. Includes a king size bed, and queen sofa bed. Located in Applegate Valley. Many fabulous wineries nearby. We're 6 miles south of downtown Grants Pass, and 2 miles north of Murphy. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, or catch a spectacular sunset. It's all good!
