This house is truly a sanctuary. The pictures do not do it justice. It's spacious, peaceful, and relaxing. We were in town for my son's track meet and this was such a lovely home to come back to at night for some peace and quiet. BeeBee was extremely accommodating and responsive, and even left us some drinks and treats to start out with. The home is equipped with everything you need. The outdoor spaces are lovely and we were visited by wild turkeys, deer, and lots of birds. We hope to return in future years.

Great option for university visitors! Quiet, private, lovely landscaping with easy access to everything. Very responsive to an issue that arose and excellent communication. Only one small caution—people who need nighttime bathroom runs might find the distance from upstairs bedroom down and through living room to bathroom to be too far. One of us used the fold out couch, and that would be an option if needed. Lovely and easy stay—definitely recommend!

Tranquil and beautiful property. The house is super quiet and yet very close to the University. The adjoining park is a great area to walk.

This is an absolutely stunning rental with great amenities. We wish we had more time here! We stayed here after our wedding night, and it was the perfect spot to feel special as newlyweds. Well before we checked out the following day, we were already talking about wanting to rebook for a future stay. The farmhouse is beautiful and feels simultaneously rustic and luxurious. I highly recommend this place.

The space looked brand new. It has a gym, pool table, darts, and a beautiful view. The beds were clean , and very comfortable. I highly recommend Shayne’s place, you’ll love it.

We were celebrating my husband‘s milestone birthday and wanted a special place for family and friends to stay in the Willamette Valley as it was the first time for the majority of the party. This property certainly delivered! It was perfect as it was very close to many vineyards and McMinnville, which had some wonderful restaurants. Our host, Kirsten, was extremely prompt in her communication and we felt welcome the minute we walked in the front door: very clean, spacious, well appointed, beautiful views. Beautiful place, lots of beds and couches and very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with just about anything you will need. Amazing master suite with incredible view. Great yard for the dogs. Only issue was we thought it was on the beach. It is not, there is a path down to the river/bay but you will need to drive (about 5 mins though) to the beach.

Very comfortable home and was much bigger and more accommodating then I expected when I booked, would definitely recommend and book again if I was in the area

Amazing home in an amazing location! Very private with beautiful landscaping, and we even had a visit from a family of deer one morning. The home is absolutely gorgeous inside with a great kitchen and comfortable beds. We will definitely be staying here again, hopefully in the summer next time to take advantage of the pool!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Any questions I messaged to Javier he quickly responded. I’m so grateful to have been able to experience this home and property and the Tillamook location. This was truly so special. I am from the Los Angeles area and come to Oregon in March once a year to visit my little sister and her daughter. Thank you to Javier and his family for sharing their home. We enjoyed the cows, the property and all the frogs at night. Not to mention all the other activities we did. Thank you so much.

Our family rented Joe's place for a family celebration. The home was beautifully decorated, had a wonderful layout, with ample space, bathrooms and the configuration was wonderful. The crowning jewel is the outdoor space in the back -- the deck the lawn and the creek were stunning. We lucked out with perfect sunny weather and so could take full advantage of the backyard, lawn, outdoor furniture and hot tub. The inside is decorated in such a cozy and simply elegant way, and the kitchen in particular is beautiful and functional. Thank you for making your place available and sharing it with us.
