This large, brick home offers plenty of space, parking, and updated amenities while still only being a few minutes off of the parkway. When arriving you will turn onto the long private driveway that takes you to a two-car garage, deck, and large back yard. Upon entering you will see an open dining room and kitchen on the left and a living room on the right. unique one of a kind place. Its a one bedroom attic loft , that has been painstakingly renovated and built with creative little details everywhere. sometimes it's almost like you're in a tree house. It has 20'-vaulted tin ceilings and antique appliances and fixtures. Everything has been updated and works perfectly. There's a Nespresso machine and nice cotton linens on a memory foam king-size bed. It's a great romantic retreat or place to set up shop and stay awhile.

I stayed with Heather for two months and had a wonderful experience! The house is very clean and comfortable, and Heather is a great host. The arrangement felt very organized and well prepared, for example the labeled shelves for food/bathroom/fridge + plenty of common space inside/outside to work or lounge. The house is clean and quiet. I had no issues during my stay and would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a place near Pittsburgh.

I go to Meghan and Paul’s place monthly for class. It is THE best kept secret in Pittsburgh! I have been to SEVERAL Airbnb in Pittsburgh and this is by far the best. It is quiet, clean, affordable and close to great restaurants and other places of interest. Meghan and Paul are kind and communicative. I cannot say enough about there place and will be sad when I won’t be up for monthly visits.

I had a wonderful stay here! Leslie is a very kind and caring host. He gave me space and privacy, but was easily accessible and happy to help with anything I needed. The house is well-kept and clean and has peaceful and comforting vibes. If you're a cat person, you will LOVE his three friendly and affectionate kitties. The room had everything I needed; I think it's bigger than it looks in the photos. There's easy walking access to two grocery stores and many bus stops. The surprise highlight of the trip for me (other than the cats) was the incredible shower pressure! Every shower felt like a relaxing spa treatment.

Staying at Zelu's was the perfect spot while I was transitioning between my apartments. The host was always responsive and very accommodating the time I got locked out! The kitchen, Wifi and the space in the rooms are very convenient. The living room is cozy and I enjoyed that the bedframes had drawers to store my sweaters and belongings. Each room is numbered and the roommates were all responsible and respectful with each other.

Great Awesome Airbnb and a beautiful brand new well done flipped house. But there was one other renter who were sneaking around smoking in their room instead of being in a designated smoking area outside on the porch and leaving dishes in the sink for days at a time after cooking. When they finally left everything resume normal. Andrej responded every time they do this mess and smoking and I assumed they got tired of it and moved on.

The place is great. This apartment has like 5 bedrooms total for rent. And there’s 2 bathrooms to share. We never had to wait for the bathroom. All the guests were quiet and polite. The bathroom and the kitchen were clean all the time. There was plenty of toilet paper, soap , paper towels. The room was nice and the blanket was warm. There was free parking. I would recommend this place.

Anne is a true Super Host and couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. She made my wife and I feel welcome and right at home. Neighborhood was quiet, the house and room were comfortable and clean and Anne was one of the nicest hosts we've ever had. Location was perfect and convenient for our needs and we will definitely stay there any time we are in the Monroeville, PA area. 5 stars!
