The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

The cozy and sustainable wooden holiday home "Bergufer" is located at the bottom of the Kofel mountain and on the banks of the Ammer river. Architects and local craftsmen planned and built it between July 2023 and October 2024. The heat comes from the ground and the electricity from the roof. The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.
