COMFORTABLE AND QUIET CENTRAL PENTHOUSE Arrive and feel good. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the popular district Gerresheim, near the Grafenberg forest and has excellent access to public transport 2 minutes walk away, taking you to a few minutes to Düsseldorf city center (Altstadt, Old Town, Harbour, Parliament). The newly built apartment of about 50 square meters consists of a living / dining area with a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The living room has two comfortable leather sofas. A satellite TV, music system and wifi is available and ready to be kept free. The comfortable dining area and a small kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dishes are available for self-catering (no stove). Coffee, cocoa and tea are available free of charge. The modern bathrooms are adequate before fresh towels and a hair dryer. Prices are per night and include bed linen, towels, wifi, and costs for electricity, water and heating. Note: Unfortunately, I had to increase my prices by €3.00 per night. As of January 1, 2024, the accommodation tax in Düsseldorf was introduced. Other services such as taxi service, refrigerator- service on request. Flexible arrival and departure times as desired or consultation Pets are not allowed. It is a Non smoking apartment. Free parking is available on the street. By car, taxi or bus you can reach in a few minutes to Düsseldorf city center (3,5 km) but also the direct connection to the surrounding motorways make a quick connection to both the Airport (10 km), exhibition center (9 km) and in surrounding towns and cities a breeze. The large recreation area located in the immediate vicinity of the Grafenberg forest with its wildlife park, the racecourse and the golf club and the Lake Unterbach with various sports and leisure facilities are attractive destinations. Anyone wishing to experience a journey through time to the Neanderthals can connect the city stay with this famous cultural attractions in nearby Mettmann.

Apartment in Flingern

Apartment in the completely renovated old building from 1910, 3rd Upper floor, high ceilings, spacious bathroom, modern furnishings and parquet flooring. The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.

We are renting a renovated 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor of our single-family house. The house is situated in a quiet residential street in the east of Ratingen near the forest. There are leisure activities and numerous hiking opportunities nearby, for example through the beautiful Angertal. There are good transport connections to the A3, A44 and A52. The train station is only 1.2 km away, the nearest bus stop is 200 m away. Düsseldorf Airport and the trade fair can be reached in 10 - 15 minutes by car.

Mindestens 50 Restaurants in fussläufiger Nähe, super angebunden in die Stadt oder zur Messe (24 Minuten mit Bus).

My 2 rooms in the attic (2nd floor) are centrally located in a very quiet residential estate. The subway is within walking distance. From there you can reach the following places very quickly: - Old Town & City Center - 9 minutes - Königsallee 8 min - Main train station - 5 minutes - Messe Düsseldorf 29 minutes (1 transfer) Supermarkets, pharmacies, Starbucks, McFit and a Portuguese restaurant are right around the corner (approx. 400 m) and within walking distance.

The modern and cozy apartment is on the second floor of a detached house. The house is located between the districts of Flingern and Grafenberg, not far from Grafenberg Forest and Ostpark. Despite the location by the forest, you can reach all important destinations and sights in Düsseldorf (e.g. old town – 4.5 km, airport – 9 km, main train station - 4.2 km, trade fair – 7.5 km, Medienhafen – 8 km) by car or train in no time.

Direct connection to Trade Fair via subway (12minutes) In order to protect our guests and ourselves as much as possible from Covid19, we will only accept bookings from vaccinated or recovered guests from 01 October. Quick tests are not sufficient.

City apartment in the countryside (40sqm)

Our apartment is located in a quiet residential street in the north of Düsseldorf overlooking the garden. Thanks to the connection with public transport, you can easily reach your destinations in and around Düsseldorf. We are cosmopolitan and looking forward to seeing you. For short stays, a sofa bed is available in the living room. Underfloor heating is available in all rooms.

Düsseldorf Mediaharbour

This harbour pearl you can find directly opposite the famous Ghery Buildings. It is situated in the 4th floor. Only a short walk (approx. 20min.) and you will find yourself in the old town well known as the "Longest bar of the world". Also public transport is available just infornt of the door. We are sure you will enjoy your stay in this beautiful city!
