Booking a treehouse green is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fire pit and animal enclosures. Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

The beautiful, ~50m2 apartment, newly renovated in June 2025, is the perfect starting point for a stay in Graz. Located in the centre, you can reach the main square as well as the hip Lendplatz in 5 minutes on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. The tram and bus stop are 2 minutes away, and in 10 minutes you are at the main train station. In the middle of life, the accommodation is nevertheless quietly located and invites you to live and/or work.

LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

From this centrally located place, you can reach all the important places in southern and eastern Styria, Graz and Slovenia in about 20 minutes by car. A safe playground with a swing, sandbox, pedal vehicles and much more awaits the little guests for a carefree time away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
