The well-known tourist areas of Davos, Bergün, Lenzerheide and Savognin for hiking, biking, skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, golf and wellness are in the immediate vicinity. Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela", Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Cozy apartment in the quiet town of Wiesen, a hamlet of Davos, in a very sunny area with a beautiful panoramic balcony, ski school for young children within walking distance and other ski resorts in the immediate vicinity: Rinerhorn 10 min by car, Parsenn and Jakobshorn 20 min, Lenzerheide 25 min. Easily accessible by public transport (Wiesen Kirche bus stop). Lots of nice board games for families. Ideal base for walks.
