Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela", Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

(Für Deutsch: please scroll) Rustic, quietly located house where you hear the sound of rippling water, from the Chummerbach and from a small source next to the house. Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Our cozy and fully equipped 4.5-room apartment with 82 m² in the chalet apartment building is located in a central and sunny location above the Volg with a magnificent 180° mountain panorama. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 families up to a total of 6 people plus 2 babies/toddlers. The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250 m) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Liebe Gäste, Cordial bainvegni a Gmuetli! Herzlich Willkommen im Gmuetli! Im Herzen von Arosa, in der Nähe des Obersees gelegen findet ihr unser kleines liebevoll eingerichtetes Bijou. Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. Renovated 4 1/2 room apartment on the first floor in the Rhätikon house. The kitchen, dining area and living room are bright and open. The three bedrooms are equipped with a bright wooden wall and a beautiful oak parquet. There is a bathtub, two sinks, toilet, washing machine and a tumbler in the bathroom. Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Davos Wiesen vacation home

The apartment, renovated in 2017, consists of a spacious living room with kitchen, a room with two pull-out double sofa beds, a separate double bedroom, two bathrooms with toilet and two balconies. Apartment with a hot tub and beautiful views

Sunny apartment with nice views. Children and compatible pets welcome. 4 bedrooms, a living room with balcony, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub/toilet. On our terrace there is an outdoor hot tub for 5 people available free of charge. The Jacuzzi is on the patio of the house, which is shared by you and us. To get there, you have to climb a few exterior stairs. Enjoy undisturbed relaxation with stunning views!

The beautiful spacious studio (29 m² and 8 m² balcony) is centrally and quietly located in Valbella, just before Lenzerheide, in the Arosa-Lenzerheide vacation region. It is very well served by public transport (3-minute walk to the Valbella Dorf stop) or by car (free underground parking included). A perfect getaway for every season: for hiking, biking, skiing, working or vacationing in the mountains.
