Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela", Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Accogliente appartamento nella tranquilla località di Wiesen, frazione di Davos, in zona molto soleggiata con un bel balcone panoramico, scuola di sci per bambini piccoli raggiungibile a piedi e altre stazioni sciistiche nelle immediate vicinanze: Rinerhorn 10 min in auto, Parsenn e Jakobshorn 20 min, Lenzerheide 25 min. Facilmente raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici (Fermata autopostale Wiesen Kirche). Tanti bei giochi di società per famiglie. Base ideale per passeggiate.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a cosy lounge, a terrace, a private gym and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. Booking for at least three paying persons.

Davos Wiesen vacation home

The apartment, renovated in 2017, consists of a spacious living room with kitchen, a room with two pull-out double sofa beds, a separate double bedroom, two bathrooms with toilet and two balconies. A garage and ancillary rooms are also available. By booking our apartment, you will receive the Davos Klosters Premium Card for your stay and benefit from many offers in the region. Vacation home "cozy"

The cozy, small but fine 2-room apartment is located on the sunny slope in Luzein in the beautiful Prättigau. Ideal for couples or 3 uncomplicated people. We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation. The house was completely renovated in 2025 and has a high-quality finish. An ideal starting point for anyone who likes variety and wants to explore the area: Lenzerheide, Davos, Savognin or Bergün (each about 15–30 minutes away). Even the Engadine can be reached in an hour.
