Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

Newly renovated, bright and quiet 60m2 apartment in a prime location in the 7th district. Optimal connection via Bim and U-Bahn to all districts. Elevator available; as well as a fully equipped kitchen as well as a new washing machine. Numerous recommended restaurants, coffee houses and shops are right outside the front door – as well as a bakery, a (organic)supermarket, pharmacy and drugstores. The Museumsquartier and in general the first district are just 15 minutes away on foot.

The apartment is located in Vienna´s 8th district in walking distance to downtown Vienna. It is situated in an elegant building on the 1st floor with an elevator. There is a nice park just behind the building (Hamerlingpark). The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 living room, a nice and fully equipped kitchen with all the neccessary kitchenware and a shower room. The toilet is seperated from the shower room. My apartment is perfect for couples or small families with 1-2 children.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 2. Bezirk und ist nur 4 Stationen vom Zentrum und 3 Stationen vom Prater entfernt. Dem grünen Herzen und der Erholungszone von Wien. Der Augarten ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Highlight im Sommer um die Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 20 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock.

Nice apartment in 1170 only 10 minutes away to the city center (Schottentor) with tram line 43. Shops right in the immediate vicinity. When there is good weather you can relax on 14m2 balcony and end the evening with a glass of wine. For night owls is the same as the walking distance to the city arteries about 5 minutes walk to the clubzsene of Vienna. There is the possibility to rent a garage parking space directly in the house for 10 € per day.
