A generous living room of about 40 m² and a conservatory of approximately 25 m² — both situated right next to the kitchen — offer plenty of space to relax and unwind. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The garage provides space for two cars — keeping them cool in the summer and eliminating the need to scrape ice in the winter. The garden area invites you to sunbathe or simply relax.

The studio is ideal for 2 people, but a high-quality sofa bed (2 m x 1.4 m) also offers space for up to 4 guests.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

It is always something special to cook, barbecue, celebrate or laugh together at the big table or on the terrace with the big family, with another friendly family, or with your own friends. A beautiful house made of pure wood close to the Semmering and Stuhleck ski resorts, close to the Schneeberg and Rax hiking areas. Bicycles are available free of charge.

Die Wohnung bietet alle wesentlichen Einrichtungen und besticht durch ihre ruhige Lage mit einem großen Balkon in den begrünten Hof. Der ideale Ort für längere Aufenthalte für Bildung, Gesundheit etc, aber auch für Ausflüge zum Skifahren und andere Freizeitaktivitäten in der schönen Umgebung.

In the very large bathroom you will find a shower and an infrared cabin with sauna function.
